Revived with new excitement! SEGA AGES Columns II" for Switch will be released on Thursday, August 8!

SEGA Games announced that "SEGA AGES Columns II," the eleventh title in the SEGA AGES software series for Nintendo Switch, will be available in the Nintendo eShop on August 8, 2019 (Thursday).

SEGA AGES Columns II" is the second title in the series of the hit puzzle game, which captivates with its beautiful jewel graphics. The rules of the game, which require players to line up three or more gems vertically, horizontally, or diagonally and erase them one after another, have been retained, but many new variations of gem designs have been added. Two types of games can be enjoyed: "Flash Columns," a single player game in which players clear a stage by erasing a predetermined number of gems, and "Competitive Columns," in which players push their opponents up the field by aiming for a chain of gems.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game includes not only elements such as adjusting the difficulty level and adding network battles and online ranking to enjoy "Vs. Columns" online with players nationwide, but also a new "Infinity Columns" mode for one player and "Columns I," which allows the first game to be played as it was in the original.
