This was a truly special world's fastest screening for the general public, as even related parties have not yet been able to see the film except for some staff members. Before the screening, special guests who had just finished the "Pirates All-Star Expo" event at USJ took the stage to greet the audience. From the Straw Hat crew, Mayumi Tanaka as Monkey D. Luffy, Kazuya Nakai as Roronoa Zoro, Akemi Okamura as Nami, Kappei Yamaguchi as Usopp, Hiroaki Hirata as Sanji, Ikue Otani as Tony Tony Tony Chopper, Yuriko Yamaguchi as Nico Robin, Kazuki Yao as Frankie, and Cho as Brook. Guest voice actors for the film version included Yusuke Santamaria as Buena Festa, the organizer of the Pirate Expo; Rino Sashihara as Anne, a diva with the ability of "bijobijo" fruit; Ryota Yamasato (Nankai Candies) as Donald Moderato, the host of the main event at the Pirate Expo; and the film's director, Takashi Otsuka Takashi Otsuka, the director of the film, took the stage, and with the appearance of these superb guests, the audience, eagerly awaiting the long-awaited latest film, cheered enthusiastically and the voltage skyrocketed!

The excitement of the audience was soaring as the cast greeted the audience with the words, "I will be the 'Pirate King'! I will be! (Tanaka), "I'll never lose again! (Nakai), "If it's the wind and the sea against me, I'll sail it! Who is the "navigator" of this ship? (Okamura), "I'm a sniper. (Kappei Yamaguchi), "The No. 3 of the evil army "Germa 66"! Also known as the "Osoba Mask"! (Hirata), "My name is 'Tony Tony Tony Chopper'! The greatest doctor in the world gave me this name! (Otani), "Our captain... is worth risking his life for!!!! "Tres Fleurs" (Yuriko Yamaguchi), "Give me back my pants! (Yao), and Cho said, "I want to sing the enthusiastic stampede song! I'm going to sing the Enthusiastic Stampede! Let's do it! Let's do it!!!! Stampede!!!! Let's do it! Let's do it! Today! and improvised a song that was a play on the name of the work. Guest voice actors also sang "Pirate Expo! (Yusuke) and "Vision! Vision! (Sashihara), and the original characters of the film. Yamasato said, "PirateExpo! ...... was a little too nervous to do the voice-over in front of all those gorgeous voice actors," she said, seemingly at a loss for words due to her excitement. Director Otsuka said, "A weak man can't survive in this sea...," a line from the film's most powerful enemy, Barrett.

Yusuke commented on his feelings when he heard of the offer, "I think I should remain a fan. I was worried at first that I might not be able to enter the world of One Piece, which I love, and that I might ruin the work. But I couldn't resist the temptation (to enter the One Piece world). Hirata said of the guest voice actors, "The two of you (Yusuke andYamasato) are amazing. We've had a lot of guests in the past, but (this guest) is talking a lot and doing a great job. Please look forward to it," he exclaimed.

Regarding the points he focused on in making the all-star movie appealing, the director said, "One Piece has many very popular and cool characters, and I focused on what I needed to do to make them look cool and how to show the story and action. I wanted to make sure that people who like One Piece wouldn't think it's different. I was very careful not to make people who like One Piece think that I was different from them, but since this is a festival movie for the 20th anniversary, I tried to show the charm of One Piece to the maximum extent possible. Yamasato also received a pep talk from Yao, "It's all on you! Sashihara said, "The director advised me to speak louder. I heard that One Piece requires a stronger voice than other anime (than the normal voice), so I tried my best to make it stronger (than the normal voice). Yusuke said, "The director told me in the preliminary meeting to make my voice louder, so I thought I would have to make my voice really loud. But when I started yelling, he told me to keep my voice down... He told me to keep my tone down for the first scene because it was going to be like a narration (laughs). (Laughs.) Well, I think it was good that I was able to speak out loud enough to overdo it at first.

When asked about famous scenes from the anime's 20th anniversary, the voice actors recounted the best scenes of each character, and the dream-like situation of having scenes from One Piece reenacted in front of the audience made Yamasato say, "This system is great! Yusuke couldn't help saying, "No matter what I ask, I'm always happy to hear it. Finally, Tanaka said, "Please come to the theater with your family. You will surely meet the person you want to meet! He also sent a message to the audience.
