The results of the "2019 Summer Anime Lead Male Voice Actor Popularity Poll" are in! The first place winner, beating out all the regulars, is that guy from "My Daughter"!

Akiba Research Institute's official voting project, "Finally, the broadcast begins," which was held from July 9, 2019 to July 24, 2019! 2019 Summer Anime Lead Male Voice Actor Popularity Poll" has closed and the results are in. Various voice actors are appearing in various works this season, but how did the results turn out?

Here are the top 10.

No. 1: Okamoto Nobuhiko (" For my daughter's sake, maybe I can even defeat the Demon King. ") Dale / Accelerator in "To Aru Kagaku no One-Way Street ") 13617 votes

No. 2: Hiroki Kaji (" Ansamburu Stars! (as Mao Korosara / as Nishikata in " Mr. Takagi the teasing friend 2 ") 13595 votes

Thus, Nobuhiko Okamoto came in first place by a landslide, beating out a host of other popular voice actors. In this season's summer anime, he played the role of Dale in "For my daughter's sake, I might even be able to defeat the Demon King. However, surprisingly, he was outside the top 10 in the popularity polls for this year's 2019 winter and spring anime. That being said, she swept aside top regulars Yuki Kaji and Shin Furukawa to take first place with a whopping 13617 votes!　Congratulations!

Coming in second, just 22 votes behind Nobuhiko Okamoto, was the well-known Yuki Kaji. Speaking of Mr. Kaji, he is a newlywed who just recently announced his marriage to Ayana Taketatsu!　The marriage of two popular voice actors may have come as a big shock to many people. The most notable character for Ms. Kaji this season is her role as Nishikata in "KARASAKA UTE NO TAKAGI-SAN 2" (Mr. Takagi is always making fun of her.) The character of Nishikata, who is constantly teased by Mr. Takagi, is the complete opposite of Eren, the main character of "Shinkoku no Kyojin" whose season 3 has just ended, but I do not dislike Kaji's performance. Hey, Nishikata (please read in Mr. Takagi's voice).

Both the first- and second-place finishers above were in a dead heat with a large number of votes exceeding 10,000, but Shin Furukawa came in third place, where the votes were far apart. In 2019, he showed his popularity by ranking first as Shiragin Gyoko in the winter anime "Kaguya-sama ga Kesshirasai ~Tensai-tachi no Koen-Roi Keisatsu Sen" and second as Saitama in the spring anime "One Pan Man (2nd season)," but this season he was ranked a close third. However, this season, he was ranked in third place.

In fourth place is Hiro Shimono, who played the role of Keiki Kiryu in "If it's cute, will you like me even if I'm a pervert? He showed his blasé charm in the role of Keiki Kiryu in "If It's Cute, Will You Love Me Even If I'm Perverted? His role as Zenitsu Wagatsuma in "Demon Slayer," which has been ongoing since the spring, is also full of great flavor, and he moved up significantly to No. 4. Sadashijo Matsuoka, who came in at No. 5, made his first appearance in a while as Belle Crannell in "Dungeon ni Metsumo wo Motomete wo Motomeru wa Wrong Desuka II" (Seeking Encounters in Dungeons is Wrong II). Although he regrettably did not make the top 10, Akiba Research Institute would like to focus on Kenjiro Tsuda, who came in at No. 11. In this season's anime, he played the role of Hakujin Kiuchi, the main character in "Maou-sama, Retry! He plays the role of the main character, Hakuto Kuuchi, in "Maou-sama, Retry!" and gives a comical performance, while he plays the role of the main character, Kay Matoba, in "Copcraft" and plays a cooler role. With the austere taste of a veteran actor, he seems to be leading this season's anime.
