Manga Time Kirara presents "Kyuuei," a story of adolescent women's baseball, and the TV anime will air next spring!

The TV anime adaptation of "KYU-YOMI," which was announced on June 24 this year, will air in the spring of 2020, and the production staff and teaser visuals have been unveiled.

Kyuuei" is a popular manga series in Houbunsha's "Manga Time Kirara Forward" (written by Mountainpukuichi), and currently has 5 volumes of comics in print.
The story takes place at Shin-Koshigaya High School in Saitama Prefecture. Yomi Takeda, who entered the school this spring, is reunited with her childhood friend Tamaki Yamazaki. Together with their friends, they revive the suspended baseball team and aim for the national championship. It is a coming-of-age girls' baseball story that joyfully depicts the struggles of the new Shin Koshigaya High School baseball team.

The TV anime will be broadcast in the spring of 2020, and information on the production staff has also been released.
The animation is produced by sutudio A-CAT, the creator of "Frame Arms Girl" and "Super Action Girl 1/6," and the series is composed by Doji Waita, who has worked on many friendship works between girls, including "Lucky Star," "GA Art Department Art Design Class," and "THE IDOLM@STER, Character design is by Koichi Kikuta of "Bless This Wonderful World! and the character design is by Koichi Kikuta of "Bless This Wonderful World! The director is Toshiki Fukushima of "MAJOR" series.
Director Fukushima has worked on many baseball and action films, and expectations are high for how he will portray baseball and the friendship between characters in this film.

The teaser visual released at the same time depicts the main characters, Eishin and Tamahime, conferring on the pitcher's mound during a game under the scorching sun. The serious expressions on their faces convey the realism of the game and their passion for baseball, giving the viewer a sense of anticipation for an authentic baseball anime.

Expectations are high for Eishin and Tamahime and the activities of the Shin Koshigaya High School baseball team.
