Travel to the sacred places of "YuruCan△"! A guidebook collaborating with "YuruCan△" and "Rurubu" will be released on February 4!

JTB Publishing Inc. will release the official guidebook "Rurubu Yuru Can△" on February 4, 2020 (Tuesday), a collaboration between the popular anime "Yuru Can△" and the travel information magazine "Rurubu". The price is 1,250 yen (excluding tax).

YuruCan△" is a popular comic series serialized in "Manga Time Kirara Forward" (Houbunsha) by Afuro. Set in Yamanashi Prefecture, the popular manga loosely depicts high school girls enjoying outdoor life, such as camping and outdoor cooking.



The latest in the series, the short anime "Heyacan△" has been airing since January 2020.

Traveling around the "YuruCan△" stage

This book contains information on the Minobu Line in Yamanashi Prefecture, which was the model for the setting of "YuruCan△". In the section "Traveling through the stages of 'YuruCan△'", the bench where Nadeshiko slept in the first episode of the anime and the school route that appeared in the "HeyaCan△ part" of episode 8 are introduced as sacred places.



Course Guide

The "Course Guide for Traveling and Camping in the Same Order as the Anime Story" introduces the outings from episodes 1 to 12 of the anime in the same order. In addition to captured images from the anime and actual photos of Yamanashi, Shizuoka, and Nagano prefectures that Lynn and her friends visited, a map is included at the end of the book.



Digest, unanimated routes, and goods

The book also includes a digest of all 10 episodes of the "Heya Can't Stop Part". You can also read how to eat Kikyo Shingen Mochi, which Chiaki taught me how to make.



The latest nine volumes of the comic also include an explanation of the unanimated travel routes, which can be enjoyed along with the original illustrations. A large selection of goods using the illustrations and logo are also on display, including "Shimarindango" and "Gubi-sister's Sukiyaki Goes Well with Sake," as well as many other collaboration gourmet items.

Exclusive Interview with the Leading Voice Actor

In addition, there are exclusive interviews with the main cast of "YuruCan△", including Yumiri Hanamori, Nao Higashiyama, Sayuri Hara, Aki Toyosaki, and Riyo Takahashi. In the interviews, the girls talk about the appeal of "YuruCan△" and campsites they would like to visit.


Recipe Collection

In addition to the recipes, the book includes recipes for camp meals from the anime, such as the tanzaku gyoza nabe (dumpling and dumplings hot pot) and tomato sukiyaki. Detailed data on ingredients, costs, and cooking times are also included, making it easy for even beginners to make these recipes.
