The Blu-ray recording of the "'Space Battleship Yamato 2202' Concert 2019 Sono Toki Kimi To -Close to you tonight-" held in October 2019 will be released on Friday, March 27, 2020. Ahead of its release, a 10-minute digest video of the concert was released on YouTube.

Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love" is an anime film remake of the classic "Farewell Space Battleship Yamato: Warriors of Love," and all seven films were shown in theaters from 2017 to 2019.

The event will feature a screening of "Space Battleship Yamato 2202" Concert 2019 Sono Toki Kimi To -Close to you tonight-," and will be followed by an interview with Akira Miyagawa (music), Eriko Nakamura (Kiryu Mikage), Shoji Nishizaki ( (executive producer), and Harutoshi Fukui (series composition) will take the stage after the screening.
