eSports Arena Sannomiya, one of the largest eSports arenas in western Japan, opens in Kobe on February 23.

Ueshin Electric Co., Ltd. will open "eSports Arena Sannomiya" in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, on February 23, 2020.

This facility is a permanent e-sports arena operated by the professional e-sports team "SIRIUS GAMING. With 170 seats and an area of 173m2, it is one of the largest in western Japan.

There are few permanent e-sports facilities in Japan, and the number of events held is limited, which means that there are few opportunities for players to interact with each other in real life, or for the general public to come into contact with e-sports. In order to solve this problem, Kamishin Electric has concluded a main sponsorship contract with a professional e-sports team, SIRIUS GAMING, and is opening the "e-Sports Arena Sannomiya," which will be operated by professional e-sports players.

This facility will offer a variety of projects, and community events will be held on weekends. Visitors will be able to watch professional e-sports players play up close and personal.

There will also be events open to the general public players. Event participants may be scouted by professional gamers.

In addition, they can face off in games of multiple genres on the same day. Since it is possible to interact with fans of various game titles, it is possible to experience a different world view than playing alone.
