Finally, it opens to the public today! The movie version of "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE", new scene photos featuring that nostalgic character are released!

The latest "ONE PIECE" movie, "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE," finally opens in theaters today, Friday, August 9, 2019, and new scene photos featuring characters too old to remember have been released.

The popular comic "ONE PIECE" has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump for 21 years. The comics hold the Guinness World Record as the "Most Published Comic Series by a Single Artist," with more than 440 million copies in circulation worldwide (as of July 2018). Its popularity is not limited to Japan, but transcends national borders, attracting support from a wide range of people. The TV anime began broadcasting in 1999, and the first film version was released in 2000. So far, 13 film versions have been released and the total box-office revenue of the series has reached 30 billion yen, which has excited a large number of fans.
In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the anime broadcast, "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE," the first theatrical version in three years, will be released on August 9, 2019 (Friday).

In conjunction with the release of the theatrical version of "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE" today, Friday, August 9, 2019 , scene photos of the too nostalgic characters, Foxy Pirates Foxy and the evil Black Drum Kingdom King Wapolu, have been released.

The Foxy Pirates are encountering the Straw Pirates, who have arrived in Long Ring Long Land. In a "debbie-back fight," the winner can take either a comrade or a pirate flag from the loser, and the Strawhats nearly lose the chopper, but in the end the Strawhats win.
Foxy was robbed of his pirate flag instead of his pirate members in compensation for his defeat, and the Foxy pirates' new pirate flag is now the flag drawn by Luffy.
And Wapolu, the current king of the evil Black Drum Kingdom, was the first king of the Drum Kingdom to be joined by Chopper in the straw men. Although he was sent far out to sea in the battle with Luffy and his friends, he later made a fortune with his Bakubaku no Mi ability, founded the evil Black Drum Kingdom, and rose to a position where he could attend the World Congress.
Foxy and Wapolu are well-known to fans of ONE PIECE. What will they be doing at this year's Pirate Expo!　Will they be active in the first place!

＜STORY
The world's largest festival of pirates, by pirates, for pirates. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew receive an invitation from Buena Festa, the organizer of the Expo, called "Matsuriya. When they arrive at the venue, they find that the pavilions are filled with pirates, including those of the worst generation, and the place is filled with excitement.
The centerpiece of the Expo is a "treasure hunt left by the Pirate King (Roger). The pirates who wanted to make a name for themselves by acquiring the treasure started a battle for the treasure! However, behind the pirates' feverish excitement at the Expo, Festa, also known as "the worst war-monger," has been waging a deadly campaign, and even the Navy has begun to move in to round up the pirates...
As the battle for the treasure that will determine the supremacy of the age reaches a fever pitch, Douglas Barrett, a man formerly known as "the heir to the ogre" of Roger's Pirates, suddenly enters the fray. He stands in front of Luffy and his crew as a terrifying threat!
The pirates are in a frenzy, and the Navy, the Royal Shichibukai, and the Revolutionary Guard are all involved. An unprecedented battle ensues, involving friend and foe alike. The battle for treasure and the Pirate Expo descend into unpredictable chaos!
