The first key visual of "High School Fleet the Movie" is released! Nationwide advance tickets with the second special offer will be on sale from August 31 (Sat)!

The first key visual for "High School Fleet the Movie," which will be shown on a nationwide roadshow in early spring 2020, has been released.

The TV anime "High School Fleet" is set in a world where maritime cities and shipping routes have developed and "Blue Mermaid," a job that protects the safety of the sea, has become a dream for female students.
The setting and worldview are elaborately set against the historical background of "Japan, which has become a maritime superpower due to the submergence of its land," and the rich personalities of Akeno, the captain of the educational ship "Harukaze," Mashiro Soya, her second in command, and the other girls who share the ship, as well as the relationships among them, are attractively depicted. The fleet battle scenes, which at first glance seem to be a mismatch between these cute characters and the anime, were realistically depicted based on a meticulously researched setting that military fans are sure to agree with.OVA (2 episodes) was released on May 24, 2017. In addition, on April 7, 2018, it was announced that a new movie version of the animation would be produced.

<Introduction

About 100 years ago, Japan lost much of its land to submergence due to plate displacement.
The water cities that were built one after another to protect the land eventually became sea cities, and with the increase of shipping routes connecting them, "Blue Mermaid," a job to protect the safety of the sea, became the dream of schoolgirls.

Akeno Misaki, who yearns to become a "blue mermaid" and enrolls in Yokosuka Girls' Maritime School, is appointed captain of the navigational vessel "Harukaze" and participates in ocean training with her classmates. The ship is supposed to be a safe voyage, but instead, the girls find themselves in a series of crises. The girls overcame many difficulties, such as sudden gunfire from a faculty ship, battles with other student ships running amok, and rescue operations on a salvage vessel, and returned safely to land, forming a strong bond between the members.

One month after the incident, the Seikaze members, who were enjoying their test vacation, were hit by a new crisis. The Seikaze class is about to be dismantled. The members of Seikaze, although upset, came together as one again, and their bond grew even deeper as they prevented the dismantling of their class.

In this way, the members of Seikaze overcame many difficulties and grew up.
What is the new "crisis" that awaits them?

A ship to protect and a course to take.
A new story of the girls is about to begin!
