Comic Market 96 (C96), the world's largest coterie magazine exhibition held at Big Sight in Ariake, Tokyo, came to a close on August 12, 2019.

As the event was held for four days for the first time, the total number of visitors reached a record high of 730,000. The number of visitors far surpassed the 590,000 who attended Comic Market 84 (Summer 2013), which recorded the largest attendance ever.

In terms of cosplay, which is one of the highlights of Comiket, a large number of cosplayers participated this year as well, in line with the increase in the number of visitors. The newly constructed Aomi Exhibition Hall was filled with famous cosplayers at company booths, while parks, rooftops, gardens, and other areas were also filled with cosplayers.

Enako, who is also called "the best cosplayer in Japan," performed on the costume stage of "Toki no Sora" at the "hololive" booth on the second day. On the same day, she cosplayed as Mafuyu Kirisu at the booth for the TV anime "We Can't Study.

Famous cosplayers with more than 200,000 followers on Twitter, such as Moe Iori, Akira Itsuki, and Ayaki Miyamoto, also added color to the event, and popular Chinese cosplayers such as Xiao Ju and Lel also drew large crowds.
