Starmine in full bloom at the foot of Mt! Live report from "BanG Dream!" Roselia's first solo outdoor live, DAY1 "Flamme"!

Bandolier! s real band Roselia held their solo live "Flamme/Wasser" on August 3 and 4, 2019 at Fujikyu Highland Conifer Forest in Yamanashi Prefecture. This time we report on the first day's live, "Flamme," which means "flame" in German.

Roselia has performed in the "BanG Dream!" anime series and the smartphone game "Bandoli-Girls Band Party! Girls Band Party! (Galpa). (GARPA), a smartphone game. They are a talented band with an appealing gothic worldview, and the voice actors who voice the characters are themselves active as a real band. The members are Aina Aiba (Vo.) who plays Yukina Minato, Haruka Kudo (Gt.) who plays Sayo Hikawa, Yuki Nakajima (Ba.) who plays Lisa Imai, Megu Sakuragawa (Dr.) who plays Akko Udagawa, and Kabaon Shizaki (Key) who plays Rinko Shirogane.

This is Roselia's first outdoor live performance. Conifer Forest is adjacent to the amusement park Fujikyu Highland, and as the name suggests, is a vast event space surrounded by trees. Fuji from the stage side, weather permitting.

Roselia's first large-scale outdoor concert was blessed with clear skies. The sun was shining brightly, but even so, the breeze through the trees at the foot of Mt. Since the show started at 5:00 p.m., the audience was able to enjoy a variety of situations unique to an outdoor concert, from under the summer sunlight to twilight, and then after the evening sun went down.

Aina Aiba

The members appeared on stage with a VTR that evoked the image of a flame, Flamme = Flame. The live started with "ONENESS" and bright red flames shot up from the front of the stage. Looking at the screen, the image of Ms. Nakajima singing her part was shimmering through the bonfire, and the red of the flame looked good on Lisa Imai.

Yuki Nakajima

Next, Ms. Nakajima's technical bass led the audience into "R". This song is impressive for Aiba's soaring "We are," but today's performance seemed to be filled with a passionate shout. The trademark of Yukina and Roselia is the blue rose on the microphone stand.

Haruka Kudo

After running through the first two songs, the members were introduced. Ms. Kudo said, "Today is a live performance on fire," and she and Ms. Shizaki urged the audience to drink plenty of water and enjoy the live performance while taking care of their health.

Ms. Kabaon Shizaki

During "BRAVE JEWEL," a music video featuring Roselia's characters was shown on the screen, and the desert backdrop was perfect for the real outdoor setting. On the way back, Mr. Nakajima turned around and exchanged glances with Mr. Shizaki on keyboard. On the way back, Mr. Nakajima turned around and exchanged a glance with Ms. Shizaki on keyboard. Ms. Shizaki responded with a smile, which showed her relaxed mind and deepened the bond between the two.

Meg Sakuragawa

During the call-and-response with the audience, Ms. Megu Sakuragawa had the miracle of noticing that behind the clouds she could see Mt. The timing was perfect, and the way Udagawa immediately said the words was a true testament to his talent. Fuji," he said, and led into the next song, "Let's surprise Mt. Fuji." The heat and excitement of the audience was so great that Fuji was eagerly awaiting the performance of "LOUDER". The groove of the last song, "Triangle," in which Ms. Aiba, Mr. Nakajima, and Mr. Kudo gathered together and swayed their bodies to the rhythm, was a great touch.

From here on, it was on to the cover corner, "with our pride and respect" (Ms. Aiba). The live started with "ETERNAL BLAZE," which was appropriate for the live performance of "Flame. The blue and orange light surrounding the audience reminded the audience of the live title "Flamme/Wasser. The next song was "Thesis of the Cruel Angel," perhaps with Fujikyu, where the collaborative attraction "EVANGELION: WORLD" is permanently installed, in mind. The band's sound overlaying Shizaki's deep piano was pleasant. The sun was about to set and a cool breeze began to blow through the venue.

To close the cover corner, the band performed "This game," their first attempt at a cover song. The song was very suitable for the twilight hour when the summer sun was fading into the ridge line. When the audience recognized the song from the impressive intro, they squealed with delight. On the screen, cards with Roselia's logo and illustrations of the members were spinning on the grid pattern of a chess board. The song was a new attraction for me, with Ms. Aiba's powerful and soulful singing and her full throttle in the last part of the song.

Roselia's appeal lies in the gap between their full-fledged stage performances and the variety of interesting videos that connect them on stage. This time, the Roselia members previewed the live venue and then played at Fujikyu Highland. Of course, there was no way they would end up just playing. This time, the play was a part of the standard project, "Roselia: Don't mess up your character settings! The participants played at Fujikyu Highland as Roselia members' characters, and points were deducted if they went back to their original characters or behaved or acted in a way that was out of character. The morale of the five members was high, as the winner would receive a prize and the last place would be punished with a game. In the video, Nakajima-san and Shizaki-san were penalized for forgetting about the project and having fun, and Kudo-san, who visited "EVANGELION: WORLD," showed his "Eva" loving side, a development only possible at Fujikyu Highland.

After the video, the five members appeared on stage in the pure white summery costumes depicted in the main visual of the live. They started the second half of the live with their new song "FIRE BIRD. The phrase "Fever Color Starmine" was paired with "Hane no Hane" which was a counterpart to "Fever Color Starmine". The phrase "Let's flap our wings, to the top of the dream! was very impressive, and Mr. Aiba's cries filled the momentary dense silence. This was the first time the song was performed, and Mr. Sakuragawa said during the MC afterwards, "I've finished 'FIRE BIRD'! I've been practicing it secretly," he said happily and proudly.

The audience sang along with Mr. Aiba's high and clear "la la la la..." in the song "Safe and Sound. This sense of unity matched well with the new pure white costumes. The lights surrounding the stage during "Neo-Aspect" changed seven different colors and synchronized with the screen, creating an impressive effect. The audience responded to the stage with endless cries of "Wow wow" that echoed through the trees.

Ringing Bloom" is a song with a strong image of Rinko Shirogane. When Ms. Shizaki declared, "I will play with all my heart," a bright white spotlight illuminated the image of her on stage. It was impressive to see Ms. Shizaki playing dynamically and Ms. Aiba leaning in close to her and playing the song together.

The last number was "Yodamari Road Night. The sun had already set behind the ridgeline, but instead the stage was gently illuminated by the red lights that filled the venue. A gentle air flowed between the front three singers as they sat on a box on the stage. The star of the show was Lisa, whose bass melody was played by Ms. Nakajima was very lively. The dazzling smiles on the faces of Ms. Aiba and Ms. Nakajima as they leaned in close seemed to overlap with Lisa and Yukina in the world of the song's lyrics.

During the encore, the second part of the first night of "Chara Kuzu" was shown. The audience could enjoy watching the five members wander the boundary between the characters and the people inside as they wrote their wishes on votive tablets and enjoyed playing games. On the second day, the five members were finally going to try their hand at a scream machine in the "Fearful Screaming" section.

For encore, the five appeared again wearing live T-shirts. The first encore song was the origin and the pinnacle, "BLACK SHOUT. It was so fresh that the bass guitar had such a strong presence in the song. After the performance, Mr. Kudo volunteered to try again on the intro guitar (he said he had turned down the volume), and the members joined him in matching the intro notes. The venue was filled with turquoise lights in support of Mr. Kudo.

The second encore song, "Hot Color Starmine," was followed by Ms. Aiba's prayer, "Let's all watch beautiful fireworks together for the last memory of today. And next year, too, I'm sure. The climax of the song, "To the top, bloom madly! the bandleaders who participated in today's concert will never forget the excitement they felt when a pillar of light from the fireworks rose up behind the stage. The fireworks = starmine that shot off one after another along with the frenzy of the audience. It was a special scene that could only be seen outdoors in the middle of summer.

The central color of the fireworks in the sky was red, as if to lament the last remnants of the blazing live performance. It was a chic present for Lisa Imai-Nakajima, the winner of the first day's "Kyarakuzu.
