Its popularity is not limited to Japan, but transcends national borders, attracting support from a wide range of people. The TV anime began broadcasting in 1999, and the first film version was released in 2000. So far, 13 film versions have been released and the total box-office revenue of the series has reached 30 billion yen, which has excited a large number of fans.
And "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE," the first theatrical version in three years, was released on August 9, 2019 (Fri.) as a work commemorating the 20th anniversary of the anime broadcast.

To celebrate the blockbuster success of the latest theatrical version of "ONE PIECE", "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE", released on August 9, 2019 (Friday), a big hit thank-you stage greeting was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 on August 18 (Sunday). Mayumi Tanaka, who plays the main character Monkey D. Luffy, Shigeru Chiba, who plays Buggy, Kotono Mitsuishi, who plays Boa Hancock, and the film's director, Takashi Otsuka, took the stage to give an official report on the event.
