J×Takanori Nishikawa> has been chosen as the theme song artist for the new program "Masked Rider Zero One," which will start on September 1, 2019 (Sunday).

The theme of "Masked Rider Zero One," which will be the first episode of the 2021 series, is AI (Artificial Intelligence). The AI company of which the main character is the president is hacked by cyber-terrorists, and the AI robot developed by the company goes berserk. The hero transforms into Masked Rider Zero One and challenges the battle over artificial intelligence technology.

<J×Takanori Nishikawa> has been chosen as the theme song artist for the new program "Masked Rider Zero One," which will start on September 1 (Sun.), 2019.

The song will be composed by J, the bassist of LUNA SEA and the composer of many of LUNA SEA's hit songs, and will be sung by Takanori Nishikawa, who has a powerful voice.

The two have been friends for some time, and when Mr. Nishikawa received an offer to sing the theme song for the Masked Rider series, which he himself said was his dream, he invited Mr. J to join him, and the dream collaboration was realized.

J-san has been actively working with LUNA SEA, which celebrated its 30th anniversary this year and released his 11th full-length original album "Limitless" as a solo artist in July after a four-year absence.

On the other hand, Mr. Nishikawa, who started his activities under the name "Takanori Nishikawa" last year, has been at the forefront of the music scene, releasing the album "Singularity" in March and going on a nationwide tour in April.

The theme song "REAL×EYEZ" (Realize), which the two collaborated on, is the perfect combination of J's punchy rock sound and Nishikawa's soulful vocals.

I am very happy to be able to sing the theme song for "Masked Rider Zero One," the 31st episode of the TV series counting from the first episode, the first Masked Rider in 2025, and the beginning of a new history, as a team with my good friend J.
This longed-for collaboration has finally come to fruition.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all those who have worked so hard to make this happen.
I heard that AI had a great influence on this work, and since I just recently released an album titled "Singularity," which is about the relationship between artificial intelligence and people, I already feel a strong connection with the work.
