TV anime "Assassin's Pride" to start airing in October; ED theme song will be a character song by Merida-Angel (CV: Kusunoki Tomori)!

The ED theme song for the TV anime "Assassin's Pride" will be the character song of Merida-Angel, played by Tomori Kusunoki. In addition, an advance screening of the first episode featuring the main cast members will be held on September 22, 2019.

Assassin's Pride" is a light novel by Kei Amagi and illustrated by Ninomoto Nino, published by Fantasia Bunko (KADOAKWA) since January 2016. It is a popular work that has sold a total of 500,000 copies in the series. The story is a fantasy in which the main character, Kufa Van Peele, confronts his secret missions and his own destiny together with Merida Angell, a girl born into a duke's family but giftless.

The ED theme song of this work has been decided to be the character song of Merida-Angel played by Tomori Kusunoki, "Alien Time". The lyrics were written by Natsumi Tadano, and the music was composed and arranged by Kuniyuki Takahashi (MONACA).

In addition, a preliminary screening of the first episode will be held at TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi on September 22 (Sun.) before the broadcast begins in October.
Tomoki Ono, Tomori Kusunoki, Yui Ishikawa, and Marina Yabuuchi, who play the main cast members, are scheduled to appear.

To commemorate the screening, an illustration of Elise-Angel, the character played by Ishikawa, was also revealed.
