The "net tights" were also collected! I went to the live screening and meet & greet event of the TV anime "ARP Back stage Pass"!
ARP Back stage Pass", a TV animation series airing every Monday from 23:00 on TOKYO MX and other stations from January 13, 2020, depicts the process of ARP from its formation to the present day in the style of a documentary. The fourth episode will air on February 10. Ahead of the broadcast, a live screening and meet & greet event was held at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas on February 9 (Sun.)!
The audience was excited to see the live scenes of the anime projected on the big screen!
This event was held for the viewers of the TV anime "ARP Back stage Pass," and the purpose of the event was to let those who know ARP from the anime know that ARP is an artist who actually performs live, among other things. Of course, there were existing fans among the audience, so many ARS (ARP's fans) also packed the venue, and about 400 people gathered there.
Our own Mr. Hoshino appeared there! Takuya Hoshino, who navigates ARP's radio program "Amazing Radio Performers on the WEB" broadcasted on LINE LIVE every Saturday from 10 p.m., appeared as MC. He responded like an idol to a message from a fan on the whiteboard, "Mr. Hoshino, give me a kiss! The audience was filled with laughter and a relaxed atmosphere.
Takuya Hoshino, who has absolute trust in both ARP and ARS
Once the audience was warmed up, the screening of live scenes from the anime began. The live scenes are of course sung by the artist himself, but the motion-captured movements of the ARP members are seasoned to look like animation, so they are very smooth and of high quality! The camera work is also exquisite, and the view from angles that cannot be seen in the actual live performance is a must-see. The camera work is exquisite, and the view from angles that cannot be seen in the actual live performance is a must-see! And since it was projected on a big screen in the theater, it was a real treat.
The next song was "D.O.A." from Rebel Cross, which has not yet been broadcast in the anime. The audience was excited to see the first video of the song. It was stopped before the interlude and we were not shown the whole thing, but even up to that point it was great! I don't have a picture so I can't tell you how good it was, but the first part where they got close to the camera was so cute and the angle of the aori was so cool. And maybe it was because I was watching it on the big screen, but I was telegraphed by the exposed belly area. D.O.A." will probably air around episode 5, so be sure to check it out!
Shinji and Dia appear on stage! Enjoying the live talk
After the screening of the live scene from the anime version, the excitement was not over, and the most anticipated part of the event, the live broadcast with the ARP members, began. This time, Shinji and Dia appeared on stage. The live broadcast was connected between the office studio in Yokohama and the Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas, so they could communicate with the audience.
Shinji is on the left and Dia is on the right.
When the four ARP members gather together, Shinji and Dia, who are older than the others, look "a little" calm because Leon and Reiji are too free, but on this day they were together. I was curious to see how they would interact with each other, but it seemed that Dia was going to be the one to pick on Shinji. Shinji, sensing the unusual atmosphere from the very beginning, was very cautious and said, "You look strange today, Dia-kun," but when Dia said, "I'm not messing with you that much," he backed off and said, "Oh, well, okay. She says, "Well, it's OK," and withdraws. How cute! I thought this exchange alone would be enough to keep me going for a few hours......, but then Shinji apologized and said, "I was calling Dia and Rage juniors before their debut......," and a funny picture appeared on the screen! The picture!!!! This emperor feeling is the best!
The talk was inevitably about anime. There was a lot to talk about, so I'll give you a digest of my favorite parts.
Episode 1 - The Cause of Confusion: Shinji
When Shinji said that people who don't know ARP might be confused when they watch the TV anime "ARP Back stage Pass" because ARP members are playing their own roles as voice actors, Dia said to him, "What's most confusing is that it's you. What's most confusing is that you're the one who's the most confused. Dia is right! Even ARS, who knows Shinji well, was a little confused. I didn't think that Shinji was the one with long black hair and glasses. Because his hair style is totally different from the anime visuals shown in "Kick A'Live" and other media! I know that when the anime special showed Megane-kun with long black hair, some people said, "Who is that mob?
The visual of the anime shown on the screen during "Kick A'Live 2." I knew he had black hair, but I didn't realize he had long hair. ......
The actual anime shows a Shinji that looks nothing like the one shown earlier!
From Shinji's point of view, he said that because it is an anime, he is exaggerating some things. So, he showed us an image that is very close to the real thing. That is this!
Before and After of Shinji, which the staff made for us.
As soon as the before and after images were displayed, Dia immediately commented, "You did it! Dia immediately commented, "You did it! The Shinji I recognized was even worse than in the anime." Shinji was astonished and said, "What? Shinji was astonished and said, "Oh, no." Then he added, "This is totally cool. Shinji finally confesses. He said that he asked the staff to make a before picture rather than an after picture. Shinji seems to be getting into a little more mischief than in the past, but I think this is a sign that he is becoming more and more trusting and comfortable with the other members; the Shinji who used to look out the window boredly before joining ARP is no longer there!
Episode 3 - The Deepening Bond
Episode 3 features Dia and Reiji, two members of "Rebel Cross" who joined ARP, in the "Battle Song" segment of ARP's live performances, where performers battle one-on-one in a song. He was quite disappointed because he thought he had won the battle by a landslide due to the skills he had cultivated as an indie artist up to that point. While they had originally written their own songs in their indie days with CROSS BONE, their style changed drastically in ARP, where they sang songs and danced to songs provided by others. Dia is so good at dancing that she once won an international street dance competition, but Rage had never danced before, so it must have been a big challenge for her. Because of this, Rage finally stopped coming back to the dormitory and the story is like ......, but Dia says that it was actually more difficult than in the anime. But Dia said that in reality, it was more difficult than in the anime. But from there, it was just like in the anime. Rage, who hates to lose, overcame his obstacles, and Dia, who saw him do so, has always tried to catch up with Rage in singing. So now she thinks that no one can beat us, the Rebel Cross!
Episode 4 - Did Leon Attend? ~.
Episode 4, Leon's episode, was originally supposed to be aired on February 3, but for various reasons (?), the live special will be aired on February 3. However, due to various reasons (?), the live special was aired and it became episode 3.5. Leon is looking forward to the broadcast of the long-awaited episode 4, and says he might take the day off from school ...... on the day of the broadcast. The anime airs from 23:00, so there is no need to take a day off at all, but did Leon go to school?
After the anime discussion was over, we went straight to the question corner for the two, which we had solicited via Twitter. Here, too, we will pick up some of the questions.
Q. What did you think when you saw him with blond hair?
They said they were scared and nervous, but they also enjoyed seeing everyone's surprised faces. Matsumoto-kun told us that he said, "You are dazzling!" but his classmates looked at him from a distance as if he should not touch them.
Q.February is the season of Valentine's Day. If you were to send a reverse Valentine's Day gift to a woman, what would you send her? Anything but chocolate.
To our surprise, the person who asked this question was in the audience, so we started a live conversation. Since she was a princess (meaning a fan of Shinji's), Shinji answered first. Shinji wants to send flowers. I feel happy when I spend time choosing flowers that suit the person, and I look forward to seeing their happy faces when I give them to them. She gave a perfect score of 100, saying that seeing a woman's happy face makes her happy. Diamonds, on the other hand, were handmade accessories that she had made herself. The audience cheered for him to make 400 of them, and he almost did, but then he changed course and said, "How about we go out to eat barbeque together? ARS and the other guests were also excited about going out to eat, so we decided we wanted to make this happen! What do you think about an event in which ARS can watch the four ARP members mingling over yakiniku while they eat it?
The live video makes it feel a bit like a live performance!
After the live broadcast, there will be an actual live screening, not an animated one. From the way they were dressed, it should have been from KICK A'LIVE 3 in August 2019. It started with "The Show Must Go On," followed by Dia "Blood-D," Rage "Fatalism," Shinji "A Song For You," Leon "Turn Up Baby!" and then Rebel Cross "rrrrrrrride On !" in the second half of the live. →BLUE BLOOD "Dopamine" →Shinji feat CROSS BONE "TENDER BLUE" →SUPER RARE "Isshin Denshin" →Leon "SHAKE! and the audience was excited at once. After that, the audience was treated to the customary "Let's play together" corner and wave before closing with the ARP 4-piece song "It's Show Time.
I think they must have been showing live for a little over 40 minutes. Seeing something like this makes me want to go to a live show. Although I could wave a penlight, it was not enough because I remained seated. And it's not live. Usually live shows were held twice a year, once in summer and once in winter, but this time there is no winter show, probably because of the anime broadcast. It has been a long time since KICK A'LIVE3 in August 2019, so I hope the live show will be held soon.
However, the "Anime ARP Backstage Pass Second Night "Celebrate Good Time"" will be held on April 18 and 19, 2020 at the DMM VR THEATER. We don't know if it will be different from the usual live performance or not, but it will be a chance to see them live!
Finally, there will be an announcement of new information and the collection of net tights!
After the live screening, I thought that was the end of the event ......, but to my surprise, Shinji and Dia waited for me for more than 40 minutes. Then they made their first announcement! To our surprise, Rage and Leon will be appearing live at the AsmikAce booth at AnimeJapan 2020. Last time, the two members of Rebel Cross gave a talk and live performance live on air, and it was a great success, so expectations are high for this year's event as well. We may be able to hear the song "We Rock! We hope to see you there!

And finally, the last thing that the ...... author has been secretly looking forward to is finally happening! The radio broadcast on the day before the event had suggested that Dia was looking forward to seeing the net tights, but the topic was not mentioned at all, and I thought it was going to end without a mention. Unfortunately, however, they were seated so they couldn't see their feet from the diamonds. As I was about to close with, "Well, it's cold. ......," it turned out that there were several people wearing fishnet tights, and Dia was very excited, "Really? She was very excited. It was probably the loudest voice of the day (laughs). I was checking out the people in fishnet tights on behalf of Dia, and even though the weather forecast called for a low of 2°C, I could feel the passionate love for Dia among the women with bare legs and fishnet tights.
