ATM sounds become Dracula level-up sounds! Dragon Quest X" x Lawson tie-up starts on February 18

Square Enix's online RPG "Dragon Quest X Online" and Lawson stores nationwide (except Natural Lawson, Lawson Store 100, and some stores) will launch a tie-up campaign on February 18, 2020 (Tuesday).

Dragon Quest X Online" is the first online-only game in the "Dragon Quest" series, starting with "Dragon Quest X: The Five Awakened Tribes" released in August 2012, followed by the additional package "Dragon Quest X: Priestess of Thorns and God of Ruin Online" in October 2019. In addition to the distribution of the game, a beta test of the browser version is currently underway, and the game continues to evolve.

In-game item giveaway!

In this campaign, purchases of qualifying items during the campaign period will receive limited items that can be used in "Dragon Quest X Online". The details are as follows.

WebMoney card on sale

In addition, a Lawson exclusive WebMoney card with in-game items will go on sale on February 18. The specially designed card features an illustration from "Dragon Quest X: Ibaranomiko to Hadeshimaru Online" and will be priced at 5,000 yen. The sale will last until March 31, 2020, but will end as soon as they are gone.

Lawson Bank x Dragon Quest X

In addition, a collaboration project between Lawson Bank and "Dragon Quest X Online" will be held from February 17 (Mon.) to March 8 (Sun.).

During this period, the screens and sounds of LAWSON BANK ATMs will be designed to "Dragon Quest" specifications; regardless of the type of ATM transaction, the familiar "Dragon Quest" level-up sound effects will be played after the "Start Transaction" button is pressed. In addition, cash envelopes featuring the "Dragon Quest" design will be available at the ATMs. Please note that this will end as soon as they are gone.

*The display of the image and playback of the sound effects at ATMs is available at new LAWSON Bank ATMs (11,145 units as of the end of September 2019).
