The fifth installment of the relay interview is "BLASSKAIZ," a beautiful and fragile string music piece!

OTOGI NO MUSIC - CHRONICLE" is a story of a world woven with unique characters and music based on the motif of "fairy tales" that everyone is familiar with. Sun-X, which has created popular characters such as "Rilakkuma" and "Sumikko Gurashi," and Nippon Columbia have teamed up to launch the series in 2017.

The story is about a group of characters called "utaibito" (songwriters) who repeatedly compete in live battles to fulfill their wishes.

Since the project started in October 2017, it has mainly focused on illustration galleries and story introductions on the official website, but on March 27, 2019, the single CD will be released in full!

Akiba Research Institute therefore conducted a relay interview with each of the units that have successfully made their CD debuts! We asked them about their characters and personalities, as well as the "end" they hope for, not to mention the songs they play!

The 5th interview is with "BLASSKAIZ". BLASSKAIZ is a symphonic rock unit featuring Baron Diesbach (a.k.a. "Lord Bluebeard") (CV: Hisanari Fukamachi ) on vocals and René Junker (CV: Lansbury Arthur) on violin.

The sound of Diesbach's resonant bass vocals and beautiful string melodies echoing gracefully through the air instantly transports the listener into a fantastical world. Akiba Research Institute caught up with the two musicians who play such music!

Please tell us what kind of unit you are.

Diesbach: My name is Baron Diesbach. I am also known as "Lord Bluebeard. I am a nobleman and a scorekeeper.

Rene, my name is Rene Junker. I am a steward in the service of Lord Bluebeard. Please visit me at .......

Diesbach: With the melody of the violin played by Rene and my enchanting musical voice, I weave my love for the beautiful goddesses. ......

─ What do you find attractive about the members of the unit?

Diesbach: Rene is also my butler, but I keep him in my castle because of his skill on the violin. The beauty of the violin tones that Rene plays can be seen at ....... I can still remember how excited I was the first time I heard you play.

I am honored by your praise, my lord. I am not a player by nature, and it is the violin itself that is ...... wonderful, although you have said so. I am merely adding a note to make his voice more vivid.

Diesbach, of course, is also perfect as a butler. Especially good at making tea. He is better than any of the Trödel servants we have had in the castle.
