Hiroaki Samura of "Infinite Dweller" fame will be directing his latest work, "Nami yo Kikimete" (Listen to Me, You Wave), with an anime airing date of April 3! Second PV also released!

The TV anime "Nami yo Kikimete", which is scheduled to begin airing this spring on the MBS/TBS network, has been set to begin airing on April 3, 2020 (Friday). In addition, the second PV was also released.

Nami Yo Kikimete" is a manga series by Hiroaki Samura serialized in "Afternoon" (Kodansha).

The story takes place in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Minare Koda, who works at a soup curry restaurant, happens to notice that her voice is being played on the radio. It is a recording of her complaining to the radio station director, Mato Kanetsugu, and it is being played over the airwaves. She goes to the radio station to stop the broadcast, but Mato persuades her to give a talk on the radio. ......

Sunrise is in charge of the animation production for the anime adaptation. The director is Tatsuma Minamikawa, the series composition is by Shoji Yonemura, and the character design is by Takumi Yokota.

Second PV release!
The PV depicts how Minare Koda started her own radio program "Nami yo Kikimete" and her confusion at not being able to read the contents of the program. Also, the characters who appear in the show are all present! The soundtrack of the OP theme "aranami" is also shown for the first time, so be sure to watch it along with the music.

■Talk Show to be Held
An advance screening of the first and second episodes and a talk show will be held at United Cinema Toyosu on March 22 (Sun.), 2020. Riho Sugiyama, Masahide Fuji, Mainaka Ishimi, and Sayaka Ohara will appear on the stage.
