The "Season Pass Trailer OBC NEWS", a trailer related to the season pass for the latest installment of the Ace Combat series, "ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN" ("AC7"), has been released.

AC7 is the first numbered title in the Ace Combat series in 12 years. The trailer features improved image quality and textures, as well as detailed recreations of the weather, such as water droplets sticking to the aircraft, air currents in the airspace of operations, and lightning strikes.

The trailer released this time hints at the contents of the fourth to sixth additional content included in the season pass.

The video begins with a scene in which a mysterious person is watching the news on a computer and conversing with what appears to be AI software. The news includes "Continental War" ("Ace Combat 04: Shuttered Sky") and "Pacific Rim War" (" Ace Combat 5: TheUnsungWar," "AC5"), "Belka War" ("Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War"), and other past titles will be digested.


In addition, a scene in which a mysterious person says "the release of the document" and the AI answers "2020" was also confirmed. The year 2020 in the world of "Ace Combat" is the year when the Federation of Oceania discloses the facts related to the Pacific Rim War, and the document may be related to that. It is also possible that the heroes of the Pacific Rim War, the "Lars Greys" from "AC5," may be involved in some way.


The fourth to sixth additional contents will feature new stories that were not depicted in the main storyline. Expect more information in the future.
