Jyakamichan Dropkick' to air in April 2020, key visuals revealed! The OP theme will be halca's new song "Tokitoki de Violence"!

The key visual for "Jyakamichan Dropkick' (Dash)," scheduled to air in April 2020, has been unveiled. In addition, the OP theme is a new song "Tokitoki de Violence" by a female singer, halca.

Jyakami-chan Drop Kick" is a TV anime based on the popular comic series by Yukio, which is currently serialized on the web comic site "COMIC Meteo". Hanazono Yurine, a college girl who lives her life with the brain set up as "the strongest black magician on earth and the one who conveys the will of the devil to people," summons a demon from the demon world, known as "Evil God Girl," with a grimoire she obtained at a used book store. Yurine has no idea how to return to the demon world, but she has no choice but to start living together in a shabby apartment.
The first season of the TV anime aired in July 2018, and the second season of the TV anime, "Evil God Girl," is now in its second season after declaring "If 2,000 Blu-ray/DVDs are sold, we will produce the second season" and challenging new anime business models such as crowdfunding of 30 million yen and tax payment of 180 million yen by the hometown of Chitose City. Drop Kick' (Dash)," which is the second season of the TV animation series.

"Jyoshin-chan Drop Kick Chitose", an anime that was decided to be produced by Furusato tax payment, achieved 180 million yen, far exceeding the target amount of 20 million yen!

This time, a key visual for the second season of the TV anime "Jyakami-chan Drop Kick' (Dash)" scheduled to air in April 2020 was unveiled.
The new key visual is an illustration of Evil God Girl and Yurine taking a selfie together in a friendly manner, which is something that has never been seen in Evil God Girl before.

It was also announced that the OP theme of "Jyakami-chan Drop Kick'" will be a new song "Tokitoki de Violence" by a female singer, halca.
Halca is a singer who debuted in 2018 with "Kimi no Tonari", the ending theme song for the TV anime "Otaku ni Koi wa Hard to Love", and has garnered attention for her clear voice and solid singing ability. Her new song "Tokitoki de Violence" will be the opening theme for the TV anime "Jyakami-chan Drop Kick'.

We are looking forward to seeing how the mysterious relationship between Evil God Girl and Yurine, who are good friends even though they are trying to kill each other, and "Tokitoki de Violence," which expresses the world view of the work, will be colored by the song.

It was also announced that halca will be a special guest at the "Shisha Sabbat" completion announcement preview to be held on March 7, 2020, which was closed due to a high turnout, and that a special mini live performance will be held at the completion announcement preview.

The "Shisha Sabbat" has already received far more applications than expected for the 150 seats x 3 performances and has now decided to accept applications for an additional 150 seats x 3 performances (A, B, and C performances), for a total of 450 seats. Applications are now being accepted from today, and we encourage you to apply!

Jyoshin-chan Dropkick" has held many events in the past, including a Real Pro Wrestling collaboration, and now, with the full cooperation of Funabashi Racecourse, it will take on the challenge of a new collaboration.
On March 14, "Jyakami-chan Keiba" will be held at Funabashi Racecourse. All the races will be jacked up by Evil God-chan. This is a one-of-a-kind event where you can enjoy horse racing with the voice actors who appear in the anime, led by Natsuko Hara, who plays Mei Tachibana, a regular member of the horse racing information program!

Finally, we have received a comment from halca herself on the theme song decision.

Comment from halca

I'm halca, and I'm going to sing the opening theme song for the TV anime "Jyakami-chan Drop Kick'.

This is my first opening theme, which I have longed for! Yay!
Thank you very much <(_ _)>!

The opening video is full of the charm of the cute yet violent "Evil God-chan"!
I'm really looking forward to it and can't wait for it to be on the air!

I'm really looking forward to seeing it on the air! "Toki toki de violence" is a fast-paced, upper-range song, so I hope everyone will get excited when they hear it!
The lyrics also include the word "dropkick" as well as other aggressive words, so I think it's a perfect fit for the song.
I also enjoyed being immersed in the unique world of "Jyakami-chan" while singing the song during the recording.

Please give my best regards to the new song "Toki de Violence"!
