Last year, I had a lot of opportunities to go to China for work, and I had just heard about a photo book, so I decided to shoot in China. However, I thought it would be more interesting to shoot in an area I had never been to before, rather than in Beijing or Shanghai, which I had been to before, so we decided to shoot in Chongqing.

The hotel shoot was just for the women, so we were like, "This is so erotic!" We were like, "This is erotic!" (laughs). Some of the cuts were quite aggressive. However, we were so excited that we forgot about the coordinator and manager who had gone to Chongqing University for location scouting, so we rushed there after the shoot. Chongqing University was so cozy and full of greenery.
