AbemaTV's "Minnano Anime Channel" will broadcast a special program titled "Mezameyo! Hibernating Cop 2020," a special selection of the anime "Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Koen Mae Hashutsujo" will be distributed all together.

Neruo Higurashi is a character from the popular anime "Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Koen-mae Hashutsujo" ("Kochikame"), a police officer who wakes up for one day every four years in the "leap year" (Olympic year) and uses his psychic powers to solve various cases. He solves various cases using his psychic powers. He is also woken up by the main character, Kankichi Ryotsu, even outside of the Olympic year, and every time he wakes up, he causes a big trouble.
