Break the tiles, press the get-off button, and relieve stress~! We will introduce interesting capsule toys again this time! Wacky Kaiyama's latest gacha exploration No. 37

The other day, I received a piece of (personal) big news that shook up the capsule toy industry.

A TV commercial for the well-known retro gacha "Cosmos" was suddenly uploaded on YouTube by an ordinary user.

A Japanese boy and an American girl somehow skipped along a tall grassy field, holding hands and naked. The girl half-heartedly kisses the boy and whispers something into his mouth, and the commercial ends with a close-up of a gacha machine, saying, "We want one, too! The entire image is blurred as if in a dream, and the chorus is very glossy and troubled. There was a sense of danger of being brainwashed. In this day and age, it would be completely out of place! I guess. If you are interested, please explore the site.

Also, don't forget to subscribe to "Wacky Kaizan's Gacha Channel," which introduces the latest gachas not mentioned here. It is updated every Wednesday.

So, let's go again this time!

Seriously breakable tiles, 5 kinds in all, TAMA-KYU, 200 yen.

Two months have passed in the blink of an eye since the beginning of this year. That's fast! However! The political turmoil and recession that has been continuing since last year has made some of you frustrated, and I'm sure there are some of you who are not feeling refreshed after the new year. Why don't you clear your mind before spring comes? Here comes the item to the rescue. It's called a "kawara" cracker! It's a "kawara" (roof tile) cracker! And it can be done easily and inexpensively with the capsule toys we'll be discussing today.

TAMA-KYU" by Bushiroad Creative is a brand that has been gaining a lot of attention through TV commercials, Twitter, YouTube, and other media.

TAMA-KYU's "Maji ni Kiraku KAWARA" comes in two versions: one with only three tiles measuring approximately 4 cm, and the other with a single tile and two blocks of a size that might be mistaken for tiles and broken together. The block's dingy appearance. I was impressed by the fine craftsmanship of the blocks. First of all, let's get the block with the mast.

Now for the practical work! But first, you must read the ...... mini-book!

Don't use your pinky finger. You must break it with your fist.

Yes! Beware of injuries. Breaking a kawara is difficult and dangerous. And this time, it is a small size tile. The fact that the illustration of a fist is included on the tile shows the kindness and thoughtfulness of the artist. The color lineup includes orthodox gray, fashionable red, blue, which you might see on the roofs of foreign buildings, and yellow, which is metallic and unbreakable.

Now, first, put one tile on the block.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"

...... crack! It feels good. ......

The tile has broken cleanly in half. Naturally, the broken tile will not return to its original state, but the sadness of it is also good! Next, let's put two more tiles on top. Don't worry about the tiles shifting when you put two or more on top of each other. Don't worry! There are holes on the back and sides of the corners of the tiles, so you can hook the tiles onto the holes and stack them neatly.

No matter how many tiles you stack 3 ......4 ......5 ...... tiles on top of each other, there is a straight concave line in the middle, from which you can comfortably split them in half!

After I finished splitting those tiles,...... I saw pieces of plastic scattered around, and once again I thought, "They weren't real tiles,....... Is it natural?

You can only experience this feeling with a "seriously breakable tile" - one tile a day. Why don't you leave it at your doorstep and spend your days cracking it open as soon as you have something bad happen to you?

Bus stop button light mascot: Toys Cabin Co.

When I was a child, one of the things I wanted to do competitively was to push the bus get-off button.

You only have one chance. Many of you may have felt frustrated when someone else pushed the button in the middle of your heart pounding. Time has passed since then, and the day has come when you can press this button as much as you want! What a good time we live in!

It comes with a ball chain, so you can carry it with you wherever you go. Now you can press this button anytime, anywhere! Since there is no buzzer sound, you can enjoy button-pushing with all your might without disturbing others.

But there are 5 types in all, .........? I didn't know there were that many kinds. With some doubts in my mind, let's take a look at the full picture.

Silver

Is this the most common type of button? The font of "Please press this button if you are alighting" looks just like the real thing. If you press the square button, "Stop" will be dimly lit with a red electric light in the purple cover. It even has a touch of elegance.

Yellow

It looks like it was used on a kindergarten bus or a special bus, but what is the truth? The color of dark yellow with orange buttons is very cool.

White

This is a horizontal version. This is the first time to see this kind of bus. Is this a major item in Shizuoka Prefecture, where Toys Cabin is located?

Vertical round button

We used to have this shape, didn't we? Purple round buttons. I'm definitely going to press it next time! I'm going to push it next time for sure!

Horizontal round button

The yellow round button looks like an emergency button, so I might hesitate to press it.

The mini book shows a photo of the product being carried on a backpack, but if all of the products in the series were to light up at once, they would stand out quite a bit. It would be a good way to show off to cars on the street at night, and it might actually be a very useful item.

Although the two items discussed in this article are different, they have one thing in common in that they both help to relieve frustration that has not been resolved until now. Perhaps this "frustration relief" is starting to become a future trend in capsule toys. I imagined that this might be a trend for the future of capsule toys. So, please look forward to the next issue.
