The long-awaited anime adaptation of Taro Yabe's heartwarming manga "Oya-san to Boku" (The Landlord and I) will air on NHK Sogo from March 2, 2012! It will be broadcast on NHK Sogo from March 2 (Mon.)!

Karateka star Taro Yabe's debut work as a manga artist, "Oya-san to Boku" (The Landlord and Me), will be adapted into an anime series to be broadcast on NHK Sogo for five consecutive nights starting on Monday, March 2, 2020.

The series, which includes the sequel "Oya-san to Boku: From Now on," has sold more than 1.2 million copies and won the 22nd Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize for Short Stories.
