The restaurant uses a proprietary blend of oil developed and manufactured at the restaurant's own factory, a soup based on pork bones from carefully selected sources with the addition of chicken bones for an exquisite umami and mellowness, and original noodles that maximize the umami of the wheat and go well with the soup.
The restaurant closed about eight months after opening on June 28, 2011. It is scheduled to reopen next month around mid-March as a ramen restaurant with a new concept.
