The second episode of the PR animation "Ai Hime MEGOHIME" featuring the PR character "Mego Hime" from Miharu-cho, Tamura-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, will be released on YouTube from February 29, 2020 (Saturday).

The PR animation "Aihime MEGOHIME" aims to raise awareness of the name "Aihime," a historical figure from Miharu, and to create an opportunity to promote the town's attractions.
The character design for "Princess Ai" is by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, who has designed characters for "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time," "Summer Wars," etc., and "I've Decided to Fall in Love Because I Cry 100 Times and It Doesn't Change. The animation is co-created by Mari Araki, an up-and-coming illustrator who has created illustrations for such works as "100 Times I Cry, but I Decided to Fall in Love. Animation production is by Gaina.
In addition, voice actress Nao Higashiyama narrated the story of Princess Ai in the commercial film for the 450th anniversary of the birth of Princess Ai.

Set in the town of Miharu in the future, the work is a sci-fi action film that depicts the virtual space of the Warring States Period in the cyber world "IXA," where historical warlords and other figures live as AI, and the daily life of the main character, Princess Ai. The first episode of "MEGOHIME" was released on YouTube in March 2019.

The film is directed by Fukuda Mitsuo of "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" and "Neon Genesis GPX Cyber Formula," supervised by Sadamoto Yoshiyuki, and animated by Sadamoto Yoshiyuki, who has worked on "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE the Movie," "Mazinger Z/INFINITY the Movie," "Tiger Mask W," "NARUTO Shippuden" and many other animated films.

Episode 2 Synopsis]
The setting is Miharu-cho, Tamura-gun, Fukushima Prefecture in the year 20XX. In the game "IXA," where reality and virtuality intersect, a battle for the country is being fought by a learning program AI that imitates a warlord of the Warring States period. The AIs that imitated the warlords were called Cyber Physical Social System-AI (CPSS-AI), and they continued to live in the closed virtual world of the Warring States period....
One day, "Sei Asahi" and "Ieyasu IEYASU", the daughters of the "IXA" developer, transfer to a new school.
（Ai Tamura" and "Masamune MASAMUNE" won the battle (in the first episode), but "Ai" was afraid of losing "Masamune" and kept running away from the battle for the country. However, "Nene" who swears revenge tries to challenge "Ai" to a battle again without "Hideyoshi HIDEYOSHI".
