Commemorating the release of "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 10th Anniversary Framed Stamp Set"! MikuDaYo' became a postmaster for a day!

To commemorate the start of sales of the original "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 10th Anniversary Framed Stamp Set" from today, February 27 (Thu.), Miku Dayo, promotional character for the "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA" series, has been appointed Postmaster General of the Tokyo Chuo Post Office for one day. Miku Dayo is a promotional character for the "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA" series. He was created in 2011 as a promotional character for "Hatsune Miku and Future Stars Project mirai," a rhythm action game sold by Sega Games Co. Her slightly different appearance from the image of "Nendoroid Hatsune Miku" that appears in the game has made her popular and earned her the nickname "Miku Dayo" (meaning "Miku Dayo" in Japanese).

To commemorate the release of the "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 10th Anniversary Framed Stamp Set" from the Tokyo Branch of Japan Post Co. promotional character Miku Dayo was appointed Postmaster General of the Tokyo Chuo Post Office for a day. To commemorate the inauguration, an unattended inauguration ceremony was held at the Tokyo Chuo Post Office today.

At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Hiroyuki Kaneko, Director General of Tokyo Central Post Office, handed MIKUDAYO a letter of appointment.

The "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 10th Anniversary Framed Stamp Set," which includes the framed stamps, an A3 fold-out mount and an original sticker, will be available in limited quantities from February 27 (Thu.) at four post offices in Tokyo and at "post offices' online stores.

In addition, "Hatsune Miku Project DIVA 10th Anniversary Frame Stamp Set - Memorial Edition" will be available at Tokyo Joypolis and SEGA Store.
