The TV anime "I told you my abilities were average, didn't I!" which will air from October 7, 2019 and "Yamanosume," which will air from October 7, 2019.

I told you my abilities were average, didn't I! (a.k.a. "Noukin") is a light novel by FUNA, serialized on the novel submission site "Shosetsu-ka Naro" (Novelist's Letter), which has been serialized on the web since January 2016, with a total PV exceeding 260 million and ranking second overall for the year (2016-2017, out of 440,000 works). It was also published by Earth Star Novel in May 2016 (illustrated by Itsuki Akata), and a comic book version (manga by Nekomonto) was published in March 2017. The series has sold more than 550,000 copies in total, and a TV anime will be broadcast from October 7, 2019.

In commemoration of the TV anime adaptation of "I told you my abilities were average, didn't I! a special collaboration with "Yamano Susume," a manga also published by Earth Star Entertainment, the publisher of the original novel, has been realized, and a collaboration illustration drawn by Itsuki Akata, the illustrator of the original novel, and Shiro, the author of "Yamano Susume," has been revealed. The illustrations are by Itsuki Akata, illustrator of the original novel, and Shiro, author of "Yamanosume.

Although "Noukin" takes place in a different world and "Yamanosume" takes place in reality, the two works have many things in common, such as girls' friendship, growth, and outdoor camping. In this special collaboration, the main characters from both works, Mile (I told you my abilities were average!) ) and Aoi Yukimura (Yamanosume), the main characters of both works, camping around a campfire. Mile and Aoi Yukimura's happy conversation can be heard in the illustration.
About the creation of the illustrations, Akata said, "All of the 'Yamanosume' characters are so cute...really...I wish I could go camping with Aoi myself...I'm jealous of Mile. It was fun working on the collaborative illustrations!" commented Shiro. Shiro also commented, "I wondered if it would be a good match for such a completely different genre (......), but it turned out to be a surprising match.... I was surprised (laughs).

To commemorate the realization of this special collaboration, a follow & retweet campaign is also being conducted to draw 30 winners to receive a color reproduction of the special illustration drawn for this project. TV anime "I said my ability is average! The application period ends at 23:59 on September 24 (Tue.), so be sure to apply as soon as possible.

The main visual and music video of "Noukin" have been released, and a special collaboration with "Yamanosume" has been realized.

All the characters in "Yamanosume" are so cute...really...I wish I could go camping with Aoi myself...I envy her miles.

I'm almost clueless about Narokei, but after reading the first episode of "I told you my abilities were average! I read the first episode and found myself reading it with a lot of gusto!　It was interesting!
