To commemorate voice actor Kenichi Suzumura's birthday, Akiba Research Institute conducted from September 6 to 12, 2019, the "Kenichi Suzumura Birthday Commemoration! Hamari-role Character Popularity Poll". The results are in, and we are pleased to announce them.

There are good-looking characters with natural and gentle performances that show his personality, dedicated boys, and those with a bit of a quirk or two. There are also strong sub-characters who have their own quirks. On the other hand, he is a veteran voice actor who can also play comedic characters.

The top-ranked character by far was Sogo Okitafrom "Gintama" (Gintama). He has a cute baby face, but his foul mouth is the worst of the Shin-Sen-Gumi. On top of that, he is a natural-born gigolo who has a domineering personality and can make women fall in love with him in a short period of time. He is what is called a "good guy.
In addition to the power of the work, Mr. Suzumura's performance, which brings out the charm of the character to the fullest extent, also left a lasting impression, making him the undisputed No. 1.

Demon Slayer" Iburo Kobanai is a foul-mouthed but actually companionable character. D.Gray-man's Ravi, another friendly and companionable character. Haruki Serizawa of "Confessions Committee - Love Series" has a passion for movies and a dependable personality. Tsubaki Asahina of "BROTHERS CONFLICT," who is usually a geeky voice actor but becomes a "big brother" character when the time comes, is a character who can be relied on when the time comes.

Other notables include Iyami from "Osomatsu-san" (No. 6) and Hikaru Jorakuin from "Ouran High School Host Club" ( No. 9).
