Kai Monster Incident" is a TV anime based on the manga of the same title serialized in "JUMP SQ." (Shueisha) by Aimoto Matsu.

Inugami, a detective specializing in monsters in Tokyo, is called to a rural village where strange animal deaths have been occurring. When he visits the village, he meets a boy. Oshigami takes the boy back to Tokyo, where he is mistreated by the villagers, gives him the name "Natsuha Kusaka" and asks him to help Oshigami with his detective family business. ......

The film is directed by Masaya Fujimori (director of "Isetta of the End"), with series composition and screenplay by Noboru Kimura (screenplay of "PERSONA5 the Animation"), character design by Hope Tachibana (animation director of "Classicaloid"), and animation production by "Honkaku no Shimokoukokujo," "Kakushigoto," " The animation production will be handled by Ajido, which is known for its "Book Lover's Gekkoujo," "Kakushigoto," and "Isetta of the End.
