The main character is Moriarty, the "Lord of Crime" who played even Holmes! TV Anime "Moriarty" Visual #1 & Main Staff Announced!

The first teaser visual and the main staff of "Moriarty of the Melancholy Country," which will be adapted into a TV anime, have been revealed.

Moriarty" is a TV anime based on the manga of the same title serialized in "JUMP SQ." (Shueisha) by Ryosuke Takeuchi (composition) and Teru Miyoshi (manga).

The setting is England at the end of the 19th century. The main character is Moriarty, a "crime lord" who even played with Sherlock Holmes. The story depicts Moriarty's efforts to create an ideal country by shattering the class system that has been in place since ancient times.

The film is directed by Kazuya Nomura ("Joker Game" director), with character design by Toru Okubo ("Sengoku BASARA" series character designer) and animation production by Production I, which has produced "PSYCHO-PASS: Psycho-Pass" and "HIQUE! Production I.G, which has worked on "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho Pass" and "HIQUE!

The first teaser visual released this time depicts, from the front, the main character William James Moriarty, William's brother Louis James Moriarty, and Albert James Moriarty, the eldest son of the Moriarty family.
