New Animation "Buradorabu" directed by Mamoru Oshii, General Director & Junji Nishimura, First Key Visual Premiere!

Buradorabu" is a new animation written by Mamoru Oshii, known for "Mobile Police Patlabor" series and "Ghost in the Shell" series, as the original writer, script writer and general director. The production was announced with the establishment of the animation production company "Ichigo Animation Co.

Buradorabu" is not only a slapstick comedy that Mamoru Oshii has been working on since "Urusei Yatsura," but also an ambitious work that pursues what is possible only with series animation, and is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2020.

In addition to Mr. Oshii as general director, the film will be directed by Junji Nishimura, who worked together on "Urusei Yatsura," with Kazuhiro Wakabayashi as sound director, Kenji Kawai as music, and other members of the usual "Oshii group" participating.
