Oda Nobunaga, who was called the "High King" during the Warring States period, has been resurrected in modern Japan as a Shiba Inu. The great commanders who competed against each other in the same era as Nobunaga have somehow all been reincarnated as dogs, and the struggle for supremacy in the modern era is played out in a dog run, creating a unique comedy work with the ultimate gap between the two.

The main character, Nobunaga Oda Cinnamon, is played by Inuyu Horiuchi, a rising star in the world of voice acting, and the main cast includes such mysterious newcomers as Toshio Inukawa as Masamune Date Boo, Tetsuaki Inuda as Lucky Shingen Takeda, and Naoji Sugita as Julian Kenshin Uesugi. They have suddenly risen to the challenge of creating a wide variety of dogs with charming looks, but with a warlord inside, a huge gap between the two.
