Anime "Baki" Dai-suridai-sai Arc, visual and teaser PV revealed! The PV also features the champion of the Great Surutaishai, Kaku Kaiho!

Visuals and a teaser PV from the second season of the anime series "Baki," which will be distributed exclusively on Netflix in 2020, have been released.

The original "Baki" series, serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten), depicts a fierce battle between the youngest underground fighting champion, Baki Hanma, and his father, Yujiro Hanma, who is called "the strongest creature on earth". This popular fighting manga depicts the battles of various fighters, centered on the epic battle between Baki and his father, Yujiro Hanma, the "strongest creature on earth.

The "Baki" anime's most deadly death penalty version was distributed on Netflix in 2018, followed by a TV broadcast in the same year, after which the production of the second season, the Great Suridai Sai Arc, was announced. The second season will continue to be directed by Toshitaka Hirano, with series composition by Tatsuhiko Urahata, and animation production by TMS Entertainment.

The visual released this time is a rather shocking image of the main character, Hanma Baki, lying on the ground covered in blood, having been poisoned in a fight with Ryukou Yanagi and dying.

In the teaser PV released at the same time, characters such as Baki, Yujiro, Oliva, Alai Jr. and Kozue appear! The appearance of Kaku Kaiho, the champion of the Great Suratai Sai 100 years ago, was also finally revealed. We couldn't hear his voice in this PV, but we will keep an eye on the cast announcement to see who will be playing the role.
