TOMY announced that "DUEL MASTERS PLAY'S," a card game application for smartphones jointly developed with DeNA, will be distributed this winter. Prior to the release, the company began accepting pre-registrations on its official website today, September 26 (Thu.).

DUEL MASTERS PLAY'S" is a card game application optimized for mobile phones based on "Duel Masters," a trading card game (TCG) released by TOMY since 2002.

Duel Masters" is a TCG brand that continues to be loved by a wide range of players even now, 18 years after its release, and many events are held to expand the circle of interaction among players. The number of events held annually is said to amount to more than 50,000 events throughout Japan.

DUEL MASTERS PLAY'S," which was announced this time, aims to provide (1) "play for various styles of play" (play) and (2) "a place for new connections that transcend time and place" (place) to card novices, experts, fans of original works, and others.
