The main visual for the completely new TV series "GARO -VERSUS ROAD-," which will be broadcast from April 2, 2020 (Thursday) as part of the 15th anniversary production of the GARO series, has been released. Additional cast members and the theme song information were also announced.

The "GARO" series, which began airing as a TV series in 2005, will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2020. The series has continued to create a number of action dramas with a dark worldview, VFX technology, and dynamic action scenes, and has continued to excite its fans. The series will begin airing on April 2 (Thu.).

The new GARO armor with its striking blue glowing lines, the main visual showing the cast with dignified expressions, and photos of the main cast, including Koya Matsudai and Yusho, in action, have been unveiled.

Four additional cast members were also announced.
The role of Shuka, the game's guide, will be played by Natsuko Momotsuki, who works as a nurse and is active as a cosplayer, and has graced the covers of various magazines; Kyoko Hinami (Sion Sono's "Shouting in the Forest Without Love") will play Azami Kado, a beautiful woman who approaches the game's players; and Tomoki Maruyama, a renowned motorcycle player who has appeared in numerous dramas and films, including "Radiation House," as Hagiri Shosetsu, who observes the players in the laboratory; and as Ren Hyuga, a wanted criminal suspected of murder, who won first place in the 2018 U.S. World Trickling Competition, Reiji of the tricking performance group TOK￥O TRICKING MOB, who won the first place in the U.S. World Tricking Competition in 2018, was cast as Ren Hyuga, the wanted criminal suspected of murder. Expectations are high for what kind of action he will show in the movie.

My name is Nashiko Momotsuki, and I will be playing the role of Shukai.
I am very happy to be cast in the ever-popular and famous "GARO" series.
It was my first time to act in a drama series, so I was a bit nervous, but with the help of everyone around me, we were able to shoot the film.
Although I don't have any battle action myself, there are many powerful action scenes, so I would be happy if you could pay attention to them.

Kyoko Hinami (Kyado Azami)

Kyado Azami.
She is unique, mysterious, and mysterious in this work.
Every time I read the book, I myself was drawn in by her charm.
I have played the role of a "mysterious woman" several times in the past, but I hope I will be able to play out the role to the very end so as not to be outdone by a different kind of "Azami Kyado".

I am very honored to be able to play the key role of Hagiri in the GARO series, which has been produced for many years.

Reiji (as Ren Hyuga)

I will be playing the role of Ren Hinata in "GARO-VERSUS-ROAD-", the latest in the GARO series. My name is Reiji.
I am very honored to be cast in this production.
I am very anxious because this is my first time to act in a play, but Iwill do my best to create "Hinata Ren" with all the staff and actors.

Ordinary young men, who are going about their daily lives in a normal manner, suddenly receive a mysterious pair of VR glasses, and upon putting them on, they see a large number of players gathered on a giant game field.
