A report on "Dia no A actII The ORCHESTRAII" has arrived! The fan club's linked purchase privilege for BD&DVD volume 5 to 8 has been decided!

On Sunday, September 29, 2019, the second "A of Diamonds" TV anime orchestra event, "A of Diamonds actII The OrchestraII," was held at Olympus Hall Hachioji in Tokyo.

The original work "A of Diamonds act II" (Yuji Terashima) is a popular manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha). The latest comic, volume 15, is scheduled to be released on January 17 (Thu.) The TV anime "A of Diamonds" aired its first and second seasons from October 2013 to March 2016, and the TV anime "A of Diamonds act II" is currently airing from April 2, 2019 .

This time, on September 29, 2019 (Sun.), the TV anime "A of Diamonds" second orchestra event "Diamonds A actII The OrchestraII" was held at Olympus Hall Hachioji, Tokyo. Here is the official report.

Just before the start of the performance, Eijun Sawamura and Kazuya Miyuki narrated in a shady voice, and Yuya Nagahara, the conductor of the event, took the stage to start the orchestra event.

The first half of the concert started with the profound and magnificent sound of the "Aoido High School Orchestra Club Alumni" under the direction of Mr. Nagahara, which echoed through the hall to the accompaniment of images from the TV anime "Dia no A" FIRST SEASON and SECOND SEASON. Many fans were moved to tears by the scene on the bus after the defeat against Inami and the scene of coach Kataoka raising his arms.

As the second half began, the cast took the stage, including Ryota Osaka, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Takahiro Sakurai, Natsuki Hanae, Shintaro Asanuma, Hiro Shimono, Teijo Matsuoka, Shunsuke Takeuchi, Ayumi Murase, and Yu Hatanaka. The audience applauded loudly when the cast members performed "Before the Expedition," a reading play written especially for the event, with a live orchestra and band playing as background music.
In the talk corner by the cast members, the topic of "act II" turned to the new first-year students, including Hirofumi Asada, Shoji Yuki, and Kaoru Yui, while Murase and Hatanaka talked about episodes from their auditions.

The siren for the start of the game sounded and the second half of the orchestral performance announced the second half play ball. The powerful performance by the orchestra along with the images of "act II," which is currently being broadcast, made the audience's hearts flutter with excitement.
For encore, OxT, who sings the ending theme song, appeared on stage. With the orchestra playing in the background, they sang "Golden After School," and the audience went wild.

The cast members took the stage again, and Ms. Osaka, representing them, said, "Act II is about to end its second season, and the entire cast of "Dia no A" will continue to work together to deliver the best work. Thank you very much for today!" He greeted the audience.

At the end, the entire audience stood and sang the opening theme song of the FIRST SEASON, "Go EXCEED! the opening theme song of the FIRST SEASON. The solemn atmosphere of the orchestra was replaced by a live atmosphere, with the audience spinning towels and pumping their fists in the air.
The orchestra event thus ended with a great success.
