Trailer PV of Netflix original 3DCG anime "Altered Carbon: Re-Sleeved" to be distributed on 3/19! Main cast includes Tatsuo Suzuki and Rina Sato

Key art and a PV of the trailer have been released from the original 3DCG animated film "Altered Carbon: Re-Sleeved," which will be released on Netflix on March 19, 2020. The cast information was also announced.

Altered Carbon: Released" is a spin-off of the Netflix original live-action sci-fi drama series "Altered Carbon".

It takes place on the planet Latimer, which is controlled by the Mizumoto yakuza clan. Hideki Tanaseda, a yakuza clan leader whose territory is Harlan's World, hires Takeshi Kovac to find out who murdered his brother, a member of the Mizumoto clan. But beyond that, unimaginable secrets await him behind both the Mizumoto and Tanaseda gang leaders. ......

The film is directed by Takeshi Nakajima and Yoshiyuki Okada, written by Dai Sato and Tsukasa Kondo, with character design by manga artist Yasuo Otagaki, and animation production by Creative Studio Anima.

The key visual released this time shows the main character, Ken (Takeshi Kovac), and Shinji, the next president of the Mizumoto clan, in conflict.

In the trailer PV, you can see beautiful images reminiscent of the near future that only 3DCG can create, as well as electric music and powerful action scenes.

Main cast announced!　Tatsuo Suzuki, Rina Sato, Ayaka Asai, Joji Nakata, etc.

Tatsuo Suzuki will play the role of Ken (Takeshi Kovac), the main character of the film, and Rina Sato will play the role of Gina (Raylene Kawahara), a CTAC member who happens to meet Ken during his mission. In addition, Ayaka Asai will play the role of Holly Togram, a tattoo artist in the main group who is constantly being targeted by someone, and Joji Nakata will play the holographic AI who works as a butler at the Mizumoto group headquarters.

He is hired by Tanaseda to uncover the mystery of the murder of Hideki Tanaseda's brother. He infiltrates the Mizumoto clan under the guise of a bouncer for Holly, who is preparing for a ceremony to change the clan leader.

Gina (Raylene Kawahara) CV: Rina Sato
A member of the CTAC, she is on a mission to uncover the truth about a coup d'etat taking place in the Mizumoto clan. She also kills yakuza for her own gain.

Holly Togram CV: Ayaka Asai
A tattoo artist exclusive to the Mizumoto clan. Disgusted with life in the Mizumoto clan, she plans to escape by using a needle cast that can instantly transport her to another planet.

Ogai (holographic AI) CV: Joji Nakata
A holographic AI who works as a butler at the Mizumoto clan headquarters; Holly's friend and collaborator.

Hideki Tanaseda CV: Kenji Yamauchi
The leader of the Tanaseda clan. He seeks Kovac's help to uncover the mystery of his brother's murder by the Mizumoto clan.
