TRIGGER's new anime "BNA B.N.A.", 3rd key visual & new characters & cast all announced!
The third key visual from "BNA BNA," the latest TV animation by Studio TRIGGER,whichwill start airing in April 2020, has been unveiled. In addition, new characters and cast members have been announced all at once.
The latest TV animation "BNA BNA" by studio TRIGGER, whose "Promea" movie is still fresh in our memories, is an original and completely new animation that fans have been eagerly awaiting. The production was announced at the
Directed by Yoh Yoshinari (Little Witch Academia), with series composition and screenplay by Kazuki Nakajima (Promea), the series will begin airing on Fuji Television's "+Ultra" and other stations on April 8, 2020 (Wednesday). Also, on March 21 (Sat), episodes 1-6 will be available exclusively on Netflix.

This time, the third key visual has been released for the broadcast starting in April.
One day, Michiru Kagemori suddenly becomes a raccoon dog beastman and heads for "Anima City," a special zone for beastmen, to escape from humans. Michiru meets many people and learns about the way of life of beastmen in the city that was created for beastmen to live like beastmen.
In the key visual released this time, Michiru is depicted running through "Anima City" with a powerful image in the background.
Michiru meets the wolf beastman Shiro Ohgami, her best friend Nazuna Hiwatari, the sergeant of a zaibatsu group Alan Silvasta, a suspicious woman Marie Itami, the mayor of "Anima City" Barbarei Rose, and a mysterious man in the background. ...... These are just a few of the characters Michiru will encounter in the story in the future.
In addition, the cast members playing the new characters have all been announced.
Masara Takashima as Mayor Barbarei Rose, Michiyo Murase as Marie Itami, a mysterious woman, Hiroshi Ienaka as Jem Horner, a chicken beastman, Kimiko Saito as Melissa Horner, a wombat beastman, Hiroshi Naka as Yuuji Tachiki, a canine beastman of the city police, and Hiroshi Tada as Juliano Fripp, a dolphin beastman and mafia boss. Yohei Tadano will play Giuliano Fripp, the mafia boss and dolphin beastman, and Hochu Otsuka will play Prime Minister Hakusui of Japan.
Setting pictures of the unique characters were also shown.
Lastly, broadcast information for Fuji Television and other stations that will begin airing the series next April, as well as information on the exclusive advance distribution on Netflix that will begin this March 21 (Saturday), were also announced.

Ookami Shiro (CV: Hosoya Yoshimasa)

Nazuna Hiwatari (CV: Maria Naganawa)
Michiru's best friend, a beautiful girl who aspires to be an idol. One day, she suddenly turns into a beastman and is kidnapped by someone right in front of Michiru.
Alan Silvasta (CV: Kaito Ishikawa)
The young CEO of Silvasta Pharmaceuticals and a sergeant in a conglomerate group, Alan Silvasta appears aloof at first glance, but he also has a cool-headed side.
Barbarei Rose (CV: Masara Takashima)
The mayor of Animaci City, he is a naked mole rat and beastman. He is also a scholar and has a bright and mild-mannered personality. Marie Itami (CV: MURASE Michiyo)
She knows Anima City well and is a worldly-wise person who may or may not help Michiru. She looks like a weasel, but she is a mink. He is a pickpocket and a scammer, but he is not a bad guy, and is somehow hard to hate.
Yuuji Tachiki (CV: Hiroshi Naka)
Yuuji Tachiki (CV: Hiroshi Naka) is a canine beastman and captain of the Anima City Police Department. He is a calm, vindictive, old-fashioned detective who earns his keep on his feet. He sometimes asks for Shiro's cooperation in investigations. His canine species is the Great Dane.
■Jem Horner (CV: Hiroshi Ienaka)
A chicken beastman who is the head of the Beastmen's Consumer's Cooperative Association, commonly known as the Beastmen's Cooperative. He also takes care of Shiro and Michiru, who live in the Beast Cooperative building. He is mild-mannered and rough around the edges, and rarely gets angry. His wife, Melissa, is a bit of a spoiled brat.
Melissa Horner (CV: Kimiko Saito)
She is a wombat beastman who is the vice president of the Beast Cooperative. She is cheerful and caring, and sometimes cooks meals for Shiro and Michiru. She is sometimes annoyed by her husband Jem's messiness, but they get along very well.
Juliano Flip (CV: Yohei Tadano)
A dolphin beastman who is the boss of "The Family," the mafia that controls Anima City. He is ruthless and brutal, but he also has a family-oriented side, and is sweet and overprotective of his only daughter. He considers Shiro to be a troublesome opponent.
Prime Minister Hakusui (CV: Hochu Otsuka)
Prime Minister of Japan. He approves of the beastman special zone "Anima City," but no one knows how he really feels about it.

Kuro is a crow owned by Shiro. He has no friends or family, and is the only person Shiro can trust. He follows Shiro's instructions faithfully and is always there to support him.

<Story
In the 21st century, beasts that had been hidden in the dark corners of history are beginning to reveal their existence. One day, Michiru Kagemori, an ordinary human, suddenly becomes a raccoon dog beastman. In order to escape from the humans, he heads for "Anima City," a special zone for beastmen, which was created ten years ago for beastmen to live like beastmen. There, Michiru meets a wolf beastman, Shiro Ohgami, who hates humans, and through working with him, she learns about the troubles, lives, and joys of the "beastmen" that she did not know about when she was in the human world. Why did Michiru become a beastman? As Michiru pursues this mystery, she becomes involved in a major event that she never expected.
