Survive 150-player matches! PS4 "Call of Duty: Warzone" is available for free today!

SEE (Sony Interactive Entertainment) began distributing the FPS "Call of Duty: Warzone" for PS4 today, Wednesday, March 11, 2020. The game is free and can also be played by those who do not own "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare".

Call of Duty: Warzone is a stand-alone content game that pits 150 players against each other. It includes Battle Royale Mode and Plunder Mode. In Battle Royale Mode, players form teams of three and fight for the last survivor while escaping from a gas that shrinks at regular intervals. Players who are unable to fight will be taken to a "concentration camp" where they will engage in single combat with other players, and if they win, they will be resurrected. In the "Plunder Mode," players compete for cash in a vast field, and the team that earns the most money wins. Unlike the "Battle Royale Mode," this mode allows unlimited revivals even if a player is defeated.

This game is free content, and those who own "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" can play it through an in-game update. The PS4 version is available on the PS Store. Note that downloading "Call of Duty: Warzone" by itself will require approximately 100 GB of space. Be sure to prepare in advance.
