Chicken Soba Tai-Soba "Kyosuke" will open tomorrow, Monday, March 9. The location is the former site of "Hokkaido Ramen Himuro Akihabara" which closed on February 18 due to a business change. It will be located next to the Western-style restaurant chain "Kitchen Jiro Sotokanda.
Chicken Soba Tai Soba "Kyosuke" is a clear soup ramen restaurant that uses Daisen chicken and kelp water. The menu includes "Chicken Soba" (800 yen), "Sea bream salt soba" (800 yen), "Tsukemen - with thick kelp water" (850 yen), "Mazesoba - with pickled egg yolk" (750 yen), "Ochazuke" (200 yen), and "Truffle-scented TKG" (300 yen).
The restaurant will also hold a two-day campaign on Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10 to celebrate the opening. The campaign will end when the soup runs out. The restaurant is currently recruiting opening staff.
