The concept is "even busy working people can make it this far on their weekends off. There are only two rules: bare bones assembly and a production period of one to two days! If you read this series, you will surely find the plastic model you want to build.

Part 14: "Super Miniplat Super Electromagnetic Robot Con Battler V" Part 2

In the first part, we introduced the details of each battle machine and the combined form of "Con Battler V." In the second part, we will introduce the combined sequence and the details of the Con Battler V form!

So let's first take a look at how each battle machine transforms and combines.

Let's start with the Battle Jet!

The entire head is prepared for combining.

For the Battle Crusher, remove the landing gear, wrist caps, thrusters that also serve as locks, and main wings.

Transform the front of the fuselage as shown in the photo to make the fuselage thicker.

(The right arm is removed to make it easier to see.)

The elbow joints are double-jointed with a part of the forearm pulled in, which is an unusual interpretation for a Conbattler V item.

Attach the wrists.

Battle tank removed bucket and crawler.

A plate-like part mounted inside the rear part becomes a part to hide the gap in the flanks that occurs when they are combined!

Replace with a small crawler.

Battle Marine is disassembled to this point.

Here, prepare these hip parts.

Attach both legs. The red parts will be attached to the battle tank side, so leave them as they are.

Disassemble the battlecraft like this.

Store the pin on the left ankle side.

Attach the ankle joint parts and you are ready to combine.

Here are the machines that are ready to be assembled.

And here is the assembled figure!　This is the color coding!　Even though some stickers are used, this finish is achieved without painting. Once completed, you can suddenly play with it easily and with great satisfaction!

Moreover, the range of motion is also quite wide!

Let's continue to pose the figure in action poses to get a feel for how wide the range of motion is.

Super-electromagnetic spark!

The shoulders are fitted with pull-out joints, allowing you to bring both wrists this close together.

Kick!

The front of the waist can be bounced up, so the legs can be swung forward with ease.

The super-electromagnetic yo-yo can be connected to the electromagnetic effect or held directly in the hand! (I forgot to remove the shoulder and waist parts!)

The movable ankles are very flexible and the ground contact is excellent!

When the twin lancers are removed, you can see that the pose is quite drastic.
We will explain the secret of the movable waist later.

The twin lancers can be connected.

By connecting them to the joints, they are holding weapons.

The robot has quite long legs, but can stand on one knee.

The neck can be turned down, looked up, tilted, rotated, etc.

The shoulder swings can be pulled out to move back and forth widely.

The shoulders can also be raised up to this level.

The red parts interfere with the arms when they are rotated, but you can bounce them up and away.

This is the point for posing. The waist is not movable at all, but if you lift up the back part, the range of movement becomes wider.

It can be tilted forward and backward, left and right, and twisted!

The special move that came next to the super-electromagnetic spin, the Grandmasher, can also be recreated!

While replacing the crawler with a larger one, the parts connecting it to the main body are also extended and connected.

Close the ankles and fold forward from the ankles up. ......

Sorry, I was having too much fun to remember to take pictures of the runner state!　I was having so much fun that I forgot to take a picture of the runner!　Some stickers are used for the Atomic Burner and Big Blast. When all assembled, it will look like this.

The effect pedestal can be used as a stand even in the CON Battler V state.

You can replace it with a wrist.

The effect pedestal can also display battle machines!
You can also put them vertically and combine them! 　Or you can put them in a V formation!

Or, you can make them form a V-shape formation!

Now, as usual, we have applied inking. The molds are now clear, and I think they are closer to the image in the movie.

The back of the figure also has a lot of information, so the inking looks good.

Close-up of the face and chest. This time, I used Gundam Marker Poured-in Black, Pigma 0.05mm and 0.1mm, which is a set I am familiar with in this series.

The main wings and intakes are now clear.

The battle tank has a nice bucket.

The battle marine has also been tightened up.

The battlecraft is compact and color-coded beautifully, as shown here.

The Super Miniplat Super Electromagnetic Robot Con Battler V can be posed happily with or without ink, and it's nice to see that the color of the white parts of the body is close to the color of plastic models from 40 years ago!

And yet, the styling is still up-to-date. I thought this was an interesting kit that both fans of the time and those who have recently become fans will enjoy!

I'd like to say that the next step would be the Vorte......, but personally, I'd like to see the "Combatler V6" (the original form that appeared in the manga "Super Electro-Magnetic Taisen Victory Five" by Yuichi Hasegawa) that Super Mini-Pla would do for me! ～I'd love to see that!

I have many hopes for the future, but the Conbattler V, which has been a long time coming, was such a masterpiece kit for me!
