Commemorating the release of "Sakura Taisen" OVA series BD-BOX, the third interview with the heroines of the series is now available on the special site. Michie Tomizawa as Sumire Kanzaki appears!

The third installment of the "Sakura Taisen" OVA series Blu-ray BOX release commemorative feature on Pony Canyon's anime shopping site "Kyanime" has been released.

Sakura Taisen" is a multimedia work including a game of the same name released for the Sega Saturn in 1996, as well as anime and stage plays. In addition to the five numbered titles, a new "New Sakura Wars" game for PS4 was released last December.

On this special website, interviews with the voice actors who played the former heroines of the series, Tomosa Yokoyama (Jinguji Sakura), Michie Tomizawa (Kanzaki Sumire), Noriko Hidaka (Erica Fontaine), and Sanae Kobayashi (Gemini Sunrise), have been published in succession, and now the third interview, with Kanzaki Sumire The third interview is with Michie Tomizawa, who plays the role of Sumire Kanzaki.
In 1997, "Sakura Taisen Sakura Gorgeous" and in 1999, "Sakura Taisen Todoroki Gorgeous" were released as OVAs, both of which followed the story of the Teikoku Kagekidan, and in 2003, the story of the time before Sumire left the Kagekidan and the performance of her retirement was depicted in the OVA "Sakura Taisen Sakura Gorgeous". In 2003, the OVA "Sakura Taisen: Kanzaki Sumire Retirement Commemoration: Su-Mi-Re" was released, depicting the story of Sumire's departure from the Kagekidan and her retirement performance. This interview is a must-read for fans, not only for how she has played the long-loved character of Sumire, but also for the various behind-the-scenes stories.

The first interview with Sanae Kobayashi (who played Gemini Sunrise in "Sakura Taisen: New York Cordoned") and the second interview with Noriko Hidaka (who played Erica Fontaine in "Sakura Taisen: Ecole de Paris" and "Sakura Taisen: Le Nouveau Paris") are already available on this special website.
