Following the OP theme, the ED theme for the 2020 Winter Cool season featured a wide variety of songs. Among them, "Hikariiro no Uta", the ED theme of "Hatena☆Illusion" sung by Aina Suzuki, received a particularly large number of support. Originally, "Love Live! Sunshine! Sunshine!", but this song marks her long-sought solo debut.

The first thing that surprises everyone upon first listen is her overwhelming singing ability. This is no surprise, as before her debut as a voice actress, Ms. Suzuki had already won numerous awards at folk song contests in her hometown of Hokkaido. In this song, her smooth singing voice and expressive ability are on full display.

In second place was ARP's "Celebrate Good Time," which received many votes in the OP theme popularity poll. While the OP theme is cool, "Celebrate Good Time" is a soulful disco number. It is a happy song that looks like it would be great at a live performance. The song is pure perfection as a piece of music!

These two songs were by far the most popular of the winter 2020 cool season.

Next, let's take a look at the third place and below. The first thing that is impressive is the performance of voice-acting artists.

Third place went to "LAST DANCE" (Fictional Reasoning). Mamoru Miyano sang a sexy swinging jazz song full of adult appeal. This is unquestionably cool!

No. 4, "Yozora" (Koisuru Asteroid), is a moving song with Minori Suzuki's straightforward voice set against a beautiful melody and arrangement. It is a song to listen to while looking up at the night sky and soaking it in. It is a direct theme song in that it expresses the world of the anime through its music.

No. 5 "Unpredictable Days" by Mai Fuchigami (Mage Orphen: A Ghostly Journey) and No. 7 "Play the world" by Liko Sasaki (I don't want it to hurt, so I'm going to swing extremely hard on defense). is another song that is very much like an ED theme for an anime. The fast-paced band sound is a refreshing way to end the anime.

Songs with the names of the characters are also unique to anime songs. Thus, "♡桃色片想♡♡" sung by Eripyo (Fayruz Ai), the main character of "推しがが武道館いっていけいけ死ぬ", and "hanabira ondo" sung by the main characters of "異種族レビュアーズ" appeared at No. 9 and No. 10, respectively.

♡桃色片想♡" is a cover of a big hit song by Aya Matsuura, a royal idol active in the 2000s. The arrangement of the song is reminiscent of 80's idol songs, and it is sung by Eri-Piyo, who is an idol geek, making for a very interesting structure. Speaking of Ai Fayrouz, who plays the role of Eri-Piyo, her high-spirited performance in "How Many Dumbbells Can You Hold? (How Many Dumbbells Can You Hold?"), but this time she sings in a very idol-like, pretty voice.

The problematic "Hetero-Rebuilders" followed the OP with another outrageous song, "Osomatsu-kun Ondo," which seems to be a song about the "Osomatsu-kun" (the "sound of a pine tree"). After an introduction reminiscent of "Osomatsu-kun Ondo," the song suddenly shifted to a Eurobeat style. The high-tension calls echoed through the store! And finally, the lyrics of the song were a direct and direct tongue-in-cheek commentary! When listened to in full size, the song has an erotic alliteration similar to Asahi Kobayashi's "Automobile Show Song," giving the song a tremendous old-man smell (that's a compliment!). (That's a compliment!). There may never be another ani-song like this again.

Other notable entries included CHiCO with HoneyWorks' "Kessen Spirit" (HIQUE!!!! TO THE TOP) and MIYAVI's "Other Side" (ID:INVADED id: INVADED) ranked in at No. 8. While coloring the world of the work, the song also fully showcases the artist's appeal as an artist. Each of them received many votes.
