A third-year college student, Sakurai Shinichi, wants to spend his after-school hours quietly at ......, but his junior, Uzaki Hana, treats him like a "botch" and repeatedly "annoys" him. Sakurai, however, somehow manages to have a good time with Uzaki.


The anime adaptation will be directed by Kazuya Miura, with series composition by Takashi Asashi, character design by Manabu Kurihara, and animation production by ENGI.

The first PV was released today. The video shows Uzaki-chan's "annoying cuteness" as she machine-guns her talk to Sakurai, her senior.

Hana Uzaki (CV: Naomi Ozora)
Birthday: August 7
A 19-year-old sophomore in college. She is Sakurai's junior in her high school club. She is always alone at the university, and she is always trying to make Sakurai feel better about himself. He is a quick-witted type who acts on the spur of the moment. He is not good at studying or sports, but he is good at games. ......?

Shinichi Sakurai (CV. Kenji Akabane)
Birthday: November 29
A 20-year-old third-year college student. He is not fond of noisy spaces and prefers to spend quiet time alone. Uzaki treats him as a "loner" and teases him daily. He is a polite and sensible person with a bad eye, and often makes fun of Uzaki's outlandish behavior.

Minoru Asia (CV. Ayana Taketatsu)
Birthday: January 16
A 21-year-old college senior. She is the daughter of the master of "Cafe Asia" where Sakurai works part-time. She attends the same university as Uzaki and Sakurai. Her hobby is people-watching. She is curious about Sakurai and Uzaki's relationship, but basically remains quiet about it. She and her father warmly watch over their relationship.

Itsujin Sakaki (CV. Tomoya Takagi)
Birthday: June 3
He is a 21-year-old third-year college student. He attends the same university as Uzaki and Sakurai and is one of Sakurai's few friends. He calls Sakurai "Saku. He is handsome, rich, and athletic, but has a problem with his personality. When he learns of Uzaki's existence, he becomes interested in his relationship with Sakurai.
