Toei Manga Festival" is one of Toei's omnibus entertainment programs for children held during long holidays such as summer vacation, which started in 1967. Not only animation works, but also live-action films such as "The Great Adventure of Finger 5" and "Ganbare! Robocon," as well as animated films from various genres. The name "Toei Manga Festival" was used until the spring of 1990, and was revived for the first time in 29 years in 2019.

Anna is a 10-year-old girl who ran away from home after a fight with her mother. For some reason, she is chased by shockers and jumps into the timeless train "Den Liner".
