Roadmap for content distribution for PS4 and Steam "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn! Forbidden monster "Albatrion" will appear in May!

Capcom has announced the roadmap for the upcoming free title update for the currently available hunting action "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn" (MHW:IB) for PS4 and Steam.

MHW:IB" is a very large additional content for "Monster Hunter: World". In addition to depicting the world after the ending of the main story, the stage has been moved to the extremely cold "Migratory Frozen Land," where a variety of areas and monsters will appear. Furthermore, the volume of the game is packed with new actions added to the currently implemented weapons.

According to the released roadmap, the PS4 version of "MHW:IB" will deliver the Master Rank "Mam Tarot" defeat quest in April. In addition, the fourth free major title update will be delivered in May, and the ancient dragon "Albatrion," which is considered forbidden in the series, will appear as an additional monster. The Steam version is slightly behind in content delivery, but the distribution schedule will be synchronized with the PS4 version from update ver. 13.50.00 onward, when "Mam Tarot" will make its appearance.

■Master Rank "Mam Tarot" will be availableas alimited timeevent quest!

The Master Rank Mum Taloto is a one-quest clear format that can be played by up to four players, just like the regular event quests, with the goal of defeating it. The materials obtained from this Master Rank quest will add to the weapon performance of the appraised weapon, allowing it to be leveled up. (*Appraised weapons will not be discharged with this quest reward.) The balance of the higher-level quest, Special Investigation [Mam Tarot], will also be adjusted to make it easier to obtain rare appraised weapons from the appraised items. Information on the event quests will be announced at a later date.

■ "Nelomir" will appear in the event quest as a reigning king!

Finally, the Rekishi Kings of Neromyel appear in "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn". Expect to see Nelomiel evolve to live up to its name. Information on the event quests will be announced at a later date.

March: The third major title update (Ver. 13.00) is being distributed from Monday, March 23.

Additional monsters "Raging Rajan" and "Raging Brakidios" will appear.

Event quests for obtaining the Great Spirit Bead and re-distribution of event quests that make it easier to raise master ranks

April: Title update (Ver. 13.50) to be distributed

An event quest for the purpose of defeating Master Rank Mam Tarot is now available. Ejects materials necessary to strengthen the performance of appraised weapons.

Nelomir, the king of warriors, will appear in an event quest.

・Astera Festival/Seriena Festival to be held

May: Major title update Vol. 4 (Ver. 14.00) scheduled for release

Albatrion, the forbidden monster of the series, will make its debut.

Additional monsters "Jin'oga subspecies" and "Mpheto Jiva" added, "Ice and Snow Zone" added to the Guiding Lands, etc.

Third major title update (Ver. 13.00.00) to be distributed on April 9 (Thu.)

Additional monsters "Raging Rajan" and "Raging Brakidios" will appear.
