Konami's "eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2020," the latest in the "Pawapuro" series, will be released on July 9!

Konami Digital Entertainment will release "eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball 2020," the latest title in the "Powerful Pro Baseball Live" (Pawapuro) series, for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switcg on July 9, 2020 (Thursday). The suggested retail prices are 6,980 yen for the Switch version and 7,980 yen for the PS4 version of the "Normal Edition" (packaged version and DL version). The "Powerful Edition" (download only), which includes various items and points, will be 8,980 yen for the Switch version and 9,980 yen for the PS4 version (both excluding tax).

The "JIKKYOU PAWAFURU PUROYAKYU" series has been enjoyed for over 25 years since its inception in 1994, and in 2014, a smartphone version of "JIKKYOU PAWAFURU PUROYAKYU" with the player development mode "Success" was also released. In 2017, an e-sports tournament featuring the "JIKKYOU PAWAFURU PUROYAKYU" series was held as part of the Ehime National Government's cultural program. In 2018, the eBASEBALL Pro League, a professional baseball e-sports league, will be held jointly with the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB), attracting attention as an e-sports competition title.


In addition to the "Power Fest", "LIVE Scenario", and "Crown Nine" modes being playable for the first time in the Switch version, this title, the largest volume in the series' history, also allows up to four players to play cooperatively, a first for the PS4 version.

The game features popular modes such as "Pennant," in which you aim to win the championship with your favorite team, "My Life," in which you become a professional baseball player and experience the life of a player, and "Eikan Nine," in which you become a manager and aim to win the Koshien championship! The "LIVE Scenario," which allows players to relive a professional baseball game with the latest player data for the 2020 season, will be available immediately after the game again this season!


■E-sports can also be enjoyed!
The eBASEBALL mode, an e-sports game based on KONAMI's baseball titles, is also available! You can enjoy the new "Tournament" mode, as well as the well-known "Championship" mode for competitive games.
