Akiba Research Institute, exclusive information! New character scene cuts from the spring anime "Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045! Cast includes Megumi Ban and Kenjiro Tsuda!

Information on new characters appearing in "Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045," which will be distributed exclusively on Netflix from April 23, 2020 (Thursday), has been announced.

The "Ghost in the Shell" series was first published in 1989 by Masamune Shirow in "Young Magazine Kaizokuban" (Kodansha) and has since been developed in various media such as animation and Hollywood live-action movies.
The latest work, "Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045," is the first full 3DCG animation in the history of "Ghost in the Shell," and is double-directed by Kenji Kamiyama of the "SAC" series and Shinji Aramaki of "APPLESEED. Production I.G and SOLA DIGITAL ARTS are in charge of animation production.

The two characters revealed this time are Ezaki Pudding (CV: Ban Megumi) and Standard (CV: Tsuda Kenjiro).

Ezaki Pudding (CV: Ban Megumi)
A new staff member of the newly created Public Safety Section 9 in charge of the maintenance of Tachikoma and his team, this girl prodigy was admitted to MIT at the age of 15. She has special feelings for Batou.

Standard (CV: Kenjiro Tsuda)
A newcomer to the mercenary unit led by Kusanagi. He has a cheerful personality, but he is also a bit silly and is treated as "funny.
