Starts airing today! JK Fishing Anime "Houkago Teibo Nisshi", Episode 1 Synopsis & Scene Cuts!

The first episode of the TV anime "Houkago Teibo Nisshi," which will begin airing on April 7, 2020, has arrived with a synopsis and scene cuts.

Houkago Teibo Nisshi" is based on a fishing manga by Yasuyuki Kosaka serialized in "Young Champion Isetsu" (Akita Shoten). Yonisa Tsurugi moves to a countryside town by the sea when she enters high school, and is accepted into the "Teibo club" and starts fishing. The film depicts the easy-going fishing life of the four high school girls who belong to the club.

The director is Takaharu Okuma, the series composition is by Fumihiko Shimo, the character design is by Katsuhiro Kumagai, and the animation production is by Animation Studio.

■Report 01 "Teibo Club" Synopsis
Tsurugi Yo Nagisa, a new student who just moved to the countryside, is an indoor type who likes handicrafts. One day before entering school, while walking along the seaside road, she sees a figure staggering on an embankment. Thinking she was suffering from heat stroke, Yonagisa rushed over to her, but the woman told her that she was fishing. She calls herself Kuroiwa and says she is a senior at the same high school as Yonagisa. ......
